i recommend the apt of Aerton it is good people, everything clean, quiet neighborhood, unfortunately only the beach of the neighborhood that is without care and the waves are strong more that and the city's mayor's problem, plus the rest is great.

My stay was simply perfect. The apartment is as described and the photos are true to what the apartment offers. Super-equipped kitchen with the appliances I needed, all working. Living room and bedroom with TV, both with Netflix and access to other entertainment channels via cell phone. Building with excellent infrastructure, extremely polite and attentive doormen. And a beautiful side view of the sea. And about the host Fernando, I have to say that he is a unique person, super polite and attentive. Concerned with answering and helping with questions. He was waiting for us well before check-in, welcomed us, took us to the bakery and showed us interesting places to go. Not to mention that he was available throughout our stay. It was a wonderful experience and when I return to Vila Velha, I will certainly look first for the availability of the apartment.

The apartment was impeccable, bedding and baths smells, well-equipped kitchen, had everything I needed to use in the 4 days we stayed. Swimming pool and toys of the otimos building. I received the very detailed instructions for checkin and checkout so it was very quiet. The location is privileged, bakery on the front and 3 supermarkets very close by and all the shops and restaurants in the region.
