Everything was as described , the beach was a few metres away , all the local amenities were with a few blocks and very easy to walk too . Apartment was super comfortable, and any questions were answered with minutes .. highly recommended

It was perfect! The apartment is beautiful, it was clean, it is close to bakeries, bars, restaurants, drugstores and supermarkets. The host was kind, flexible and easy to communicate with. The building manager Stela is wonderful. We loved the experience! We recommend it!

great location, quiet and only the issue of the bedroom and bathroom lights that were not working, we had to use the cell phone flashlight, otherwise it was worth it, answered all my questions and a very good location.

Very attentive and well-mannered host, she responded quickly to everything. The apartment is excellent, less than a 1-minute walk to the beach, great restaurants nearby, pharmacy and other essential shops. Everything is very clean and organized, large rooms, bathroom with new showers, full kitchen, service area and beach chairs. It's definitely a place I'd easily stay again.

My family and I were very satisfied with the apartment. Bed linen was clean, wonderful view of the sea from the side window. The apartment has basic but functional utensils. The location is excellent, the ap is located in a building in front of the sea,has a swimming pool and amazing view of the roof. Near restaurants, shopping mall, pharmacy, we left the car in the parking lot and did everything on foot and uber, quite easily. Hosts have answered all of our questions. At the time, we will once again stay at Rodrigo's AP.

Great experience! Very nice space, close to everything! The village is clean and with all the necessary utensils. The receptionist, a super nice and friendly person, treated us very well. About the check-in, super flexible because I had an unforeseen event and Wilson solved it, granting us the space earlier. Super quiet place, clean pool and perfect view on the rooftop! I'd come back more often.

Excellent choice for couples, the apartment is perfect. Seaside, beautiful view. All decoration with beach motifs, very tasteful. Restaurants, bakery, produce, all around. By the way, there's a great Japanese restaurant on the ground floor. On the second corner, an excellent meat restaurant. Very neat, everything clean and functional, super complete kitchen, everything works. Very clean, impeccable. Very large balcony, with clothesline for wet clothes, and the view is perfect. The shower in the bathroom is of excellent quality, temperature, amount of water, everything is great. The super attentive owner, answers everything immediately, very friendly and polite. I SUPER recommend it, it's definitely worth every $$$.

The location is perfect! Close to shopping, lots of restaurants and bars, good markets and bakeries, including Vila Velha. I had to extend my stay by one day and the host promptly helped us and authorized the change. If we return to Vitória, I will definitely think about staying again!

Mathias' space is excellent, even better than the photos show! This combined with his hospitality made our stay impeccable, as from the first contact he was very helpful and attentive. Check-in was very smooth and the host was kind enough to welcome us later than usual, giving tips on what to do and explaining about the accommodation. The apartment was very clean, tidy, new and well equipped. The shower is excellent and the bed is very comfortable, impeccable linens and a super fragrant blanket. The internet is great, we worked without any problems. You can see that a lot of attention was paid to every detail, as it has what is necessary to make meals and be comfortable. The location is very good, the waterfront is close and it is great for a walk. The sereia beach that is next to the building is very good, clean and quiet. Nearby there are very good bakeries and restaurants that are worth a visit. Finally, the building is quiet and we feel very safe in the area.

I recommend the accommodation, Roberto was an excellent host, the apartment is just across the avenue as it is already on the seafront avenue, everything was quiet and I will return quietly! Just one observation that can help with hosting, availability of dish towels and a clothesline, but Roberto will probably provide this by reading this comment.

I booked Ana Paula's place for the weekend as I was visiting Vila Velha for a wedding. The apartment is beautiful and spotless, just like the photos. I loved waking up in the morning and seeing the beach. There were also restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby so very convenient. Communication and instructions prior to arrival were also great. I would highly recommend Ana Paula's place and would stay again if I return to Vila Velha.
