The space is as advertised. Great choice for a couple. The super polite, communicative and helpful host. The apartment is small, but for a couple it is perfect, close to the Vitória mall and beaches, to go on foot. It's definitely a location and host I would recommend.

The Rosiane apartment is exceptional, probably one of the best available on AirBnb! Very well located, absolutely complete to please the preference of all visitors. The swimming pool and the barbecue are excellent, they offer a lot of privacy and tranquility at the same time. Rosiane was very attentive, from the time of booking and throughout the stay. It offered tips on restaurants, beaches and shops close to the apartment, always with very quick responses. My wife and I love Rosiane's space and look forward to a new opportunity to return.

Cozy and quite new apartment. Location close to the beach and supermarkets. Clean environment, which even counts, with washing machine. The host, Elis, very polite and caring, helped us in the best way during the stay.

Very nice apartment with everything we needed. Very large and with a great balcony. Braz is super responsive and was available at all times. Dona Aparecida is also great and helped us with everything, including giving tips. The only negative point was the street that does not give a sense of security. There is also a church next to the building, so there are chants of praise every night (but it's not very long) Anyway, despite these two points, we think it's excellent and we'd definitely come back.

The space is beautiful, it matches the photos perfectly. Apartment with an optimal size, spacious and comfortable rooms. There are TWO en-suites with TV (one with a closet and the other with a balcony) and a third bedroom with a social bathroom next door. It is an extremely well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is really very big, really lol The condominium offers 3 large and heated swimming pools, barbecue/bar areas for early bird reservations, a very well-equipped gym, excellent toy library, court, beach chairs and umbrellas (take and use), separate entrance to wash your feet when returning from the beach, avoiding carrying sand into the house, in short, spectacular condominium and exceptional apartment. Two good parking spaces. Leonardo and Carolina are very helpful, always attentive and responding quickly and politely. We went as a family (me, my wife, 18- and 2-year-old children). The little one stayed in the children's room, which is a work of art. They provided us with a high chair and other items for children.

The apartment had an amazing view and was conveniently located with easy access to the supermarket, the bakery, the drugstore, and a bunch of restaurants and pubs. It was a great place to spend time with the family either in the apartment itself or a two minute walk to the beach right in front of the apartment. If I ever visit Vila Velha again, I will definitely consider staying there once more.
