The urban area is really nera the house and you can enjoy the lovely food in soem restaurants or just enjoy the natural landscape by wlaking around or just enjoy a nice drink in one of the river-fronts. Public transportations are not the best, but you can visit some of the surrounding towns if you are good in making plans... This is my home. I reconstructed it myself. It's full of love...

This location is within an hour drive to the famous city of Porto, known for its wineries. Within an hour drive to Viana de Castelo, known for its famous beach Praia de Cabedelo. Less than an hour drive is also the Spanish border, famous for its white sandy beaches. Visit more cities like Ponte de Lima, the oldest vila in Portugal, Braga, and Ponte de Barca.

In the quiet of the countryside, away from the hustle and bustle, but in the heart of the urban area of Arcos de Valdevez, 500 meters from the center and the river beach of Valeta, surrounded by the Vez River. 21 km away you can visit the magnificent village of Sistelo, one of the winning villages of the 7 Wonders of Portugal, and 14 km away one of the entrances to the Peneda-Gerês National Park, Porta do Mezio, an area classified as a World Biosphere Reserve and Natura 2000 network.

Casas da Levada are family houses designed and created to provide comfort, conviviality, well-being and unforgettable moments of great tranquility. As the Minho people that we are, we want to provide those who visit us with memorable moments, with an intimate, hospitable and healthy environment. The Casas da Levada are rustic in stone and wood. One of the houses, type T2, accommodates up to 4 people + 2 children or 1 adult and the other, type T1, accommodates up to 2 people.

This is a unique space, with stunning views of the waterfall and surrounding nature. Ideal for a weekend of adventure! Come prepared for poor cellular network and slow Wi-Fi, as the location is isolated. On the other hand, the sound of nature takes on a fantastic dimension, with the river water and birds surrounding us completely. Access is made (in the last 500 meters) by land and it is necessary to pay attention to the directions we provide so that you do not get lost.
