I have no hesitation in highly recommending this Villa. It is exactly as described and has everything you would need for your break in Burgau . The villa itself is only a couple of minutes walking distance from the heart of this charming village and beach. Great place, you won’t be disappointed

Just returned from a wonderful 12 nights at Bridget’s place (4 adults and 2 children). The villa is lovely- really clean and on a beautiful golf course and a stones throw from the pool (big pool and kids pool), play area and on site restaurant. There are quite a few stairs in the villa so may not be that suitable for toddlers. The location is perfect for going to nearby beaches- Burgau, Luz and Salema. We have been coming to this part of the Algarve for the last 20 years but thanks to the host’s recommendations in the guide book we visited Zavials beach and restaurant which we absolutely loved! Bridget was so helpful and accommodating before our stay, replying quickly to any queries. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

We had the most amazing stay. We found the home perfect for our family with everything we needed. The location was perfect for us with a 5 min walk to the beach and also walks along the hills from the back of the house to other beaches. The house has a great pool for cooling off and having a dip, the photos did not do it justice. A car is beneficial to get out and about in the Algarve. Helen was always friendly and responsive in her communication.i would definitely recommend this air bnb and will definitely be coming back!

Hôte très réactif, le logement est très accueillant et très bien situé. Beaucoup d’ustensiles pour cuisiner, les équipements sont à la hauteur de la description. La douche est assez étroite, dommage que le lavabo prenne autant de place dans la salle de bain. Dans l’ensemble très belle maison, très confortable et bien située dans le centre. Je recommande sans aucun doute !

Wir hatten lange im Voraus gebucht. Da es unser erster Portugal Urlaub war, hatten wir keinerlei Erfahrung welche Umgebung für uns die Beste und Schönste sei. Wir sind eine Familie mit 3 Kindern (19,16,11) und wir entschieden uns für Burgau. Nach 2 Wochen Urlaub können wir zu 100 Prozent sagen, dass es die richtige Entscheidung war. Burgau ist ein kleines, wunderschönes, ursprüngliches Örtchen an den man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen kann. Das Haus machte das ganze zu einem perfekten Urlaub. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt im Haus. Es ist so ursprünglich und mit Liebe zum Details restauriert dass man es einfach nur lieben kann. Das Haus ist viel schöner als es die Bilder zeigen können! Es ist alles fußläufig erreichbar und man hat sogar einen kleinen Laden direkt vor der Haustür. Bis zum Strand ist es gefühlt eine Minute und die Spaziergänge durch die kleinen Gassen sind einfach schön. Wir haben die Zeit in Familie sehr genossen! Thanks Matt

C'est une grande et belle maison (pour une maison de ville, avec de nombreux couchages) dans un petit village portugais authentique et paisible. Nous avons grandement apprécié la terrasse. Les rues sont étroites, nous avons préféré garé notre voiture en bas du village à 3 minutes à pied. Le logement est même mieux que sur les photos! L'environnement est très tranquille, sans passage, bien que des chiens proches de la maison aboient quelques fois. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour 😊

We thoroughly recommend staying at the villa. Golfers will particularly appreciate its situation ( a walk through back gate to 3rd hole). Pool worthwhile heating. A car is a must as 10 min ride to beach, parking in high season limited and supermarket downhill and 5 mins ride. Villa extremely clean and well furnished. Welcome hamper is great start. Maria the agent on site very helpful if a little difficult to get hold of sometimes.

We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend staying here. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked. The showers were great with hot water and good water pressure. We used the laundry washing machine and hung clothes on the portable clothes drying rack. We were able to easily walk down to local restaurants and the beach.

Good location for visiting the beautiful beaches of the area, popular with surfers. House located in residential area. Short walk to a few restaurants and bars. Everything as described, nice to have a private backyard for chilling and grilling. Kitchen is well equipped. The welcome cookies, fruit and juice were a nice touch. There is a great produce market nearby, for fresh fish, meat, cheese and vegetables and also a Spar for other groceries.

We loved staying in this place. Great view, close to town and the beach. Scott was great showed us how to turn the TV on, use the wash machine and recomended great hiking trails, restraunts and grocery shop! We especially loved the hiking, beach and quite neighborhood!

Szuper szálláshely, tökéletes lokáció, 3 percre a tengerparttól, gyönyörű helyen. A szálláshelyen minden pontosan olyan, mint a leírásban és a képeken. Mindennel felszerelt, amire szükség van. Kitűnő kommunikáció, teljesen érthető minden, pontos, részletes információ érkezéskor és távozáskor is. Összességében ez egy nagyszerű szálláshely, ahová reméljük még vissza tudunk térni! Köszönjük!

We were lucky enough to rent Marcela’s place at short notice as our previous host cancelled on us. Turned out to be the best thing that could have happened! Plenty of space for the 6 of us, everyone had their own privacy. I highly recommend this beautiful property that is in a lovely location!

It is a beautiful place and would definitely recommend, the hot tub was the main feature and was a brilliant way to relax after a day of adventuring! The location is brilliant not far to walk to anything and not far from logos either! There was a few things that let it down like broken light switches, new lights on the walls and still see the holes from the old ones, broken blinds and a few other things that could make it that extra bit more special! But overall it was a lovely place and would definitely recommend and would come back :)

The house is right in the old town so a walking distance to all the great restaurants and bars and marina. Its location provides beautiful views of the marina. The best part of the house is the host, Mary. She’s very friendly and goes above and beyond for you. She drove us to the house and showed us around. She left lots of food items and wine for us so we don’t have to go out immediately to buy them. We were there when there was a country wide power outage, and she contacted us immediately informing us (since we were out) and then brought us some food, water, candles in the evening since most restaurants and shops were closed because of the power outage. She certainly raised the bar very high for a host. Thanks Mary. We loved your house and your hospitality.

We had an amazing stay at Louis’ house, everything we needed and more. Super clean and a great location, we will be back 100%!

Amazing location, apartment has lots of space and fantastic outdoor area upstairs. Short walk into the central area of restaurants etc. We always found a car park near to apartment. Hosts were always responsive and helpful to clarify check in process. Would stay again if in Lagos.

A great place to stay - super clean, bright, walkable to great restaurants and beaches, AC works, water pressure in showers is great, host is very responsive. And easy access by car with free parking on the street just a few steps away.

We had a fantastic time at Daniela's place. The house is exactly as described and as can be seen on the pictures. We loved that she left a bottle of wine and some croissants for breakfast for us upon arrival. The neighborhood is lovely and it is only a short walk to the beach and shops. We would definitely come back and can only warmly recommend the place.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt! Das stilvolle Ferienhaus liegt in einem ruhigen, authentischen Dorf und war für uns der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um jeden Tag neue Strände und charmante Restaurants entlang der Küste zu entdecken - mit dem Auto alles innerhalb kurzer Zeit super erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war liebevoll eingerichtet, top ausgestattet und man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Besonders die Dachterrasse war ein Highlight – hier haben wir jeden Morgen gefrühstückt, mit Blick über die Dächer des Dorfes. Es war genau die Ruhe und Ursprünglichkeit, die wir uns gewünscht haben. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die das echte Portugal erleben möchten!

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Carraig. Alles was op loopafstand. Het strand maar een minuut. De kinderen vonden het zwembad heerlijk en het huis was goed voorzien. Zelfs een handdoek wissel gedurende de week. Top!

Väldigt nöjd med vår vistelse. Supertrevlig värd som tog emot oss för incheckning. Fint hus i toppläge, nära till strand, affär, marinan, centrum. Helt perfekt! Huset precis som på bilderna, stort, fint och rent med alla bekvämligheter. Värden var lättillgänglig och flexibel, svarade alltid snabbt och hörde av sig för att stämma av. Hjälpsam och trevlig. 10/10 boende och resmål, till ett toppenpris. Rekommenderar verkligen.

this place is definitely one of my favorites. an amazing view and. few minutes walk to Arrifana. calm and peaceful but few minutes away from the night life and the best restaurants in town.

Mar is a the kindest person. We had a lovely stay! The apartment is clean and cozy. You will hear the train during the night, but it was not too disturbing. The location is really good as you can see the flamingos close by and visit all the beaches around.
