Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Vila do Bispo

Nice and very well equipped apartment. Unfortunately, for us the dining area and the couch in the living room weren’t that cozy. The location was nice with only a short drive to Lagos and several beaches.

We had an amazing stay at Honest Place. Charlotte is an incredible host, very responsive and super helpful to us. Everything was perfect and we hope to be able to come back!

As four friends on a surf trip we had a fabulous stay in Sagres. The villa exceeded expectations, was walking distance from town and close to all beaches. We had a very comfortable week and would stay again. Thanks!

We had a great time at Martina's chic and cozy house! It has everything you want and has a beautiful private garden. Martina is a very thoughtful host and always available for questions. The location is great, just a few minutes drive to the nearest beach in a quiet village. Lagos and the fantastic beaches on the Atlantic coast are also easily accessible by car. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Maria’s place. We had our dog with us and it was extremely well set up for the dog. Safe, enclosed space to let the dog roam outside. Close to the beach and the main road and the shop but quiet. Outdoor BBQ was great. Off street parking. We stayed for a week and it was as just what we needed.

Helena’s place was everything we hoped for and more. The location was absolutely stunning and we thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Helena was a great host and very friendly. The place was well equipped and everything we needed was supplied. I cannot emphasise enough how beautiful the view is from the house. We did not need to stray far…… the vista from the terrace was superb! The amazing beach was on our doorstep and we also had the use of the newly refurbished pool. We would definitely like to go again!

Just stayed a week at House Arez, and loved every aspect of it. The house has been modernised but retaining many original features, which only adds to the charm, so you feel you're staying in a very traditional home. Everything is clean, comfortable, and the roof terrace is the icing on the cake! The area is very quiet but close to everything Sagres has to offer, with many great local restaurants a short walk away. Tomas is super helpful and great to communicate with. Really hope to return some time in the future.

great communication, Daniele sent the most clear instructions possible. small house, but very comfortable and with all the basics needed (only a dishwasher sponge was missing and we bought it and left there 🙂). I recommend it!

A great location. Peaceful and with a great Golf course. Pool is a good size and plenty of areas to relax and enjoy. Liz is very responsive to questions and support

Maria's place is wonderful and the view is simply fantastic. Plenty of space and all necessary equipment available. Clean and tidy. After initial check-in difficulties, which were easily and courteously fixed by Maria, it was a successful stay.

We were received by Sofia, it was already there when we arrived. Village showed us the house and made it available if we needed it. The house is very comfortable and we feel at home. We prepare all meals in the kitchen, which is well equipped. The rooms are great and the beds are very comfortable. We felt at home. The villa is charming and the landscape is wonderful. I recommend you visit Sagres as it is close and very charming. We had a perfect weekend. I highly recommend it!

Gorgeous spacious villa in stunning surroundings with beautiful gardens in full flower when we visited in early May. Tonnes of space and super private despite being only 2 minutes drive / 20 mins (steep) walk from Salema’s beautiful beach front. Great for the kids, excellent well equipped kitchen, super powerful hot showers. Would recommend & hope we get the chance to return sometime. Thank-you Ian!

We had a really good time at Majas place. The landscape is just beautiful and perfect for hiking. There are also multiple beaches nearby (around 20 min by car). Maya kindly invited us to a small local celebration in the village, where she performed in a choir together with some of the eldest members of the community. It gave us a wonderful glimpse into the village life and Portuguese culture — truly one of the highlights of our stay! We would definitely come back :)

We had a great time, the house had a very good atmosphere, beautiful garden and sunsets on the backside of the house. The furniture has seen some guests but everything was clean and working. The dogs in the neighbourhood could be a bit noisy, which didn’t bother us too much but might be good to know for people seeking silence. The price of the house is very fair in my opinion. Vila do Bispo has a nice market, some caffes and restaurants and you can flexibly drive to the amazing beaches in the Algarve. Thanks for letting us stay at your place Chris.

Very good experience at this place. It was very clean and smelled very good, in addition to being fully equipped to spend a few days disconnected, it is very nice. They left us beds and bowls for our dogs. The hosts recommended a lot of places to visit and where to eat in the area. The location is perfect for resting as the place is very quiet and is a 5-minute drive from the village. I definitely recommend it.

The space is simply indescribable! We couldn't have had a better time. Anna has furnished the accommodation so lovingly, minimalistically and tastefully. A dream! We felt more than comfortable as a family of four and enjoyed the 10 days very much. Everything was super clean, the washing machine very helpful and everything you need was available. The terrace was our highlight with the large dining table and outdoor shower. We were greeted with fresh flowers and wine. The place could not have been more perfect in terms of location, everything can be reached in a short time and the dream beaches are right outside the door. Anna's recommendations for beaches/ restaurants etc. were very helpful and more than great! Everything was very quiet and relaxed, the parking situation sometimes a little challenging due to the street, but with a little practice it is doable. A very big recommendation for Anna's lovingly furnished Airbnb! We will definitely be back.
