Apartment vacation rentals in Vila do Bispo

We had a fabulous time at Paul's place. The apartment is big with large bedrooms, plenty of storage and a lovely terrace with loungers and a table for outdoor dining. Kitchen has everything you need. The apartment is in a quiet residential area, with a heated pool which was lovely to relax in. Burgau is an ideal place to stay, especially if you are looking for a quieter place but with plenty of great restaurants and the beautiful beach less than 10 minutes’ walk. We will definitely come back to this place if we come back to the Algarve! Thank you, Paul, for all the recommendations too.

Having stayed locally many times we were thrilled to be based in the midst of it all in Salema. Emma’s place is fabulous. Huge balcony looking out over rooftops and the sea. We were so happy with the view and to hear the waves. Very peaceful. We will be returning to this apartment, we can’t imagine finding somewhere as good at such a reasonable price. Thank you Emma! We loved our stay at Joana's house! Her home was better than we expected, very spacious and the pool was excellent. Joana's communication was outstanding - she provided local recommendations and went above and beyond for us.

The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos. Andreas and Felix responded very quickly to messages and all information about the arrival, WiFi, check-in, etc. came in time as a message. The location in Vila do Bispo is perfect as a starting point to the west coast but also to the south coast. There is ample parking within a 3-minute walk. I was there alone for 1 week and felt very comfortable. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, kitchen is well equipped.

Wonderful, large apartment. We had a splendid time, enjoying the sun on the huge terrace and at the pool. Pete was lovely and so easy to communicate with, 10/10 would go again!

Claudia’s apartment was perfect for our family (Mum, Dad and two boys). It was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The small balcony was perfect to sit on and enjoy a glass of wine after the boys had gone to bed. A perfect little getaway.

Everything exactly as the description. Pristine. Easy walk into the centre for restaurants. Three flights of stairs needed for this property's stand out feature 😁

We stayed at Maria's house for 4 nights. The house was recently replastered and was impeccably clean and the sheets smelled freshly washed. There were many utilities (napkins, toilet paper, paper towels) and even some treats (chocolate eggs and coffee). Maria was very attentive. The house also has a comfortable living room that can be used as an additional room to the 2 existing ones. The two observations have to do with the toilet, which is very small and not suitable for wheelchair access, and the kitchen, which is fully equipped but small in size. Overall, it was an optimal stay!

Superfriendly host and good communication. I had a problem and they reacted fast and friendly. I would really recommend this bnb and would come back. It’s quiet and lot of good local restaurants.

Wow what a beautiful apartment in the perfect location. I was not familiar with the area being my first time in Portugal and I feel like i stumbled upon a gem. Perfect location, walkable to the beach and the trail hike. The town is so cute and the local restaurants were all delicious. We enjoyed spending the end of the day on the upper patio relaxing and taking in the sea air. Rony was very responsive and an excellent host.

The stay has been great! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The communication was easy, quick, and very kind throughout. I really appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

There is so much to like about this apartment. The location is perfect, right in the middle of town and steps from the beach. The apartment is well laid out, thoughtfully decorated/equipped, and functional. Everything was as advertised. We stayed in May with 2 young children, and appreciated that the apartment was child-safe and included a high chair and folding sleeping cot. The building was quiet, and it was an excellent place to stay with kids. We had to be vigilant about the house key and almost locked ourselves out once (only 1 key was provided, and the apartment and building door both lock automatically when they are closed), but this is a minor thing. It's a fantastic place to stay and we have a wonderful time there. We hope to stay there again soon.

We loved staying at Marta’s place. The home was super clean and very comfortable. The rooftop hot tub was so lovely and the pool in the complex was a bonus. It is super walkable and so close to the beach. We will definitely be back!

The accommodation was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed at, the views in the morning on the rooftop where unforgettable, the host was very helpful and approachable when needing some guidance, the only concern is that we didn’t stay for longer!! Would 100% recommend

We stayed for 10 weeks at Inna’s apartment, we had one or two minor issues but nothing worth mentioning, Inna immediately sorted our problem, she is friendly, super efficient and her communication was first rate. Loved the apartment, very peaceful and Inna provided everything we needed for a long stay. Would definitely recommend Inna’s place.

We were four (two adults and two youngsters) that stayed for two weeks at Margarethe’s fantastic apartment and fell in love with the place right away. The balcony and swimming pool were put to good use each morning and the beach was a short walking distance away. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was very clean on arrival. We felt very safe during our stay and had a rental car to take us where we wanted to go in the greater Lagos area. Margarethe was very accommodating, helpful and responsive and we would definitely stay with her again if we decided to visit Lagos another time.

What a fantastic apartment! Truly a home from home! Eva and Michael are just lovely and are fabulous hosts. The outdoor barbecue was just brilliant- go to the fish market and grill some blue fin tuna - just lovely! Thank you !

The apartment was beautiful and very homely. Stanislava was there to meet me and show me around, there was a complimentary bottle of wine, water and basket of snacks waiting. Could not fault anything at all. Even beach towels were provided. The apartment is very well located for all the amenities, bars restaurants and supermarkets on your doorstep. Bus station is a five minute walk so you can jump on a bus and go to any resort. Train station 15 min walk. Had a really chilled and relaxing holiday.
