Vacation rentals with a patio in Vila do Bispo

We had a fabulous time at Paul's place. The apartment is big with large bedrooms, plenty of storage and a lovely terrace with loungers and a table for outdoor dining. Kitchen has everything you need. The apartment is in a quiet residential area, with a heated pool which was lovely to relax in. Burgau is an ideal place to stay, especially if you are looking for a quieter place but with plenty of great restaurants and the beautiful beach less than 10 minutes’ walk. We will definitely come back to this place if we come back to the Algarve! Thank you, Paul, for all the recommendations too.

Very nice accommodation corresponding to the description and photos. Clean and tastefully decorated. it is located in a small, quiet and relaxing village. we had a lovely stay there!

Kirsten was a lovely host who met us at the accommodation when we arrived. Lovely, lovely house with everything we needed there. She was super helpful with beaches we could go to, and came immediately when we needed help with something. Thank you so much for a lovely stay! We had the best time and would for sure come back again.

Felix and Andi were super friendly hosts who genuinely care about the well-being of their guests and made my stay one of the most beautiful on my trip through Portugal. The sun-drenched terrace invites you to linger. There are hangers for surf suits, space on the terrace to practice yoga, underfloor heating in the bathroom, which is a treat on colder days, high-quality air conditioning/heating, a cozy bed, and great equipment in the kitchen. The only drawback was that I only booked 3 nights and the next guest was already waiting for me. Would have liked to have stayed longer ;-) Be quick, the apartment is a gem!!!

Fantastic apartment, clean and well decorated. Roger was so helpful on messaging. the apartment had everything we needed and had a lovely decking and access to the pool. The little village is just a few minutes walk away. Perfect stay.

Cláudia is an incredible host. She is so warm and friendly! Even when we forgot some basics, she was able to provide for us or direct us to nearby shops for purchase! The location is unbeatable. Right on the beach, walking distance from yummy restaurants, reasonable drive to other sites. Flexible check in and check out were nice. Only thing we noted was the bedroom gets very warm at night, but when we opened the window to cool, maybe because it was warm/wet out, it attracted a lot of mosquitoes and gnats. There is bug spray for that which is nice but it is still something to note. I would come back here though in a heartbeat! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Nice and very well equipped apartment. Unfortunately, for us the dining area and the couch in the living room weren’t that cozy. The location was nice with only a short drive to Lagos and several beaches.

João and Telma's house is extremely comfortable, cozy, functional but very well decorated. All the details are thought out and nothing was missing in our stay. The inner patio and one of the most beautiful parts of the house, the double bed is very comfortable and we can sleep very well. It is also very nice to be in the center of the village and to be able to walk anywhere. The hosts were always concerned and responsive. I highly recommend it!

Aude's home was a wonderful place to stay while we were in Salema. Super clean & incredible views of the ocean. When at the house, the upstairs living room & patio are where we spent most of our time, from morning coffee to evening beverage. After visiting other parts of Algarve, we couldn't wait to get back to Salema for it's peace & tranquility. Behind the house are trails that will take you to an amazing beach. Despite how quaint the town is, Salema offers 3 excellent restaurants, Em Lude Brando (must experience, Michelin vibe), O Laurenco (very local feel, w/ fresh caught fish done right), Agua Na Boca (upscale, solid lamb shank). A neat little restaurant we found 10 minutes away in Budens was Restaurante O Tiago (locals who do steak right if you need a break from all the Portugal seafood). While in the area, visit Sarges to surf or watch the surfers while sipping on a Super Bock.

The house is beautiful and has everything you need. We stayed in Sagres for a few days and were even able to work on site thanks to the good Internet. Nearby are many beautiful beaches and small cafes. The supermarket is also not far away, so we were also able to do spontaneous shopping on foot. All in all, a very nice place to spend a vacation (also for a longer time). The pomegranate tree in the garden sweetened our breakfast every morning. Hopefully the apples will be ripe again on our next visit. 🥰

We’ve just returned from a fantastic week in Portugal! Lots to do for the family, golf, dolphin watching, beautiful beaches and lots of swimming! Great restaurants all near by and the villa with its heated pool was a huge hit with the children!

It was great to stay at Vila Mareta place! Joana, the co-host, was super easy to communicate with and she was very friendly in her responses. The house was lovely, spacious, clean, and comfortable! GREAT location. And the best Pastelaria place is just next door. We would definitely repeat the experience. Muito obrigada!

Everything was easy from check in to check out, lovely and clean, and the pool was lovely - perfect for families Really felt at home, would highly recommend as a great place to stay Sagres shops and restaurants were within walking distance and the beach was lovely

Your place was really beautiful, and I appreciated the blackout blinds because the sun set late and sunrise was really early. We enjoyed our stay, and thank you for the guide book which showed beaches and the hop on hop of train ideas.

Rogelio’s place felt like home at the moment we entered. It’s only a short walking distance to beaches, restaurants and cafés. The beds were very comfortable and the entire apartment was brand new and very clean. The patio was large and we had everything we needed. Rogelio even had some beach toys for our son! Don’t hesitate and book this place for your trip to Sagres. We wish we would’ve stayed longer! Till next time!

The location of this apartment was amazing! And the view! We loved the peace and quiet of the terrace (we were there in May) . We also used the hiking trail that we could access easily right below the property: the Fisherman's Trail. We hiked to Burghau several times for breakfast/snacks at the Veranda and to Luz. We also hiked over the hill from Luz to Lagos. One warning: be sure to wear footwear if you venture to the lawn below the patio! We did have a rental car, so getting groceries and going out to eat were easy. Note there is not a dedicated parking spot for the unit.

We stayed in Pedro's apartment for two weeks at the end of May. We were two adults and two children (4 & 1 years) and felt comfortable. Pedro was incredibly friendly, helped us with all our concerns and responded very quickly. The kitchen was very well equipped. Coffee, tea, oil, vinegar and a basic stock of spices were available, as well as dish soap, laundry detergent and dishwasher tabs. We had a good time, were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back!

Perfect little apartments for a couple or 3 - spotlessly clean on arrival, 2 min walk from the beach and and bars and restaurants in the village - the rooftop has a great view and is good for a glass of wine in the evening. The patio terrace in the flat is great to get out the sun / wind and dry clothes. Easy access, near walking trails to Luz or Salema - great flat.

Beautiful, well-equipped accommodation in an excellent location close to the beautiful beach of Salema. The west coast and Lagos are also not far away. With weekly cleaning. Communication with Francesca was very pleasant and friendly. Anytime again!

Great place for two couples, walkable to shops, restaurants and the beach, and the host was very responsive with us!
