The apartment situated in a privileged position within the old town of Albenga, nearby you can find lots of restaurants cooking pizza, bars, pubs and in particular.. For less than 1 km (only 12 minutes), our sea with nice beaches. Ideal for families with children (it has play corners, a crib and an high chair) or small groups, has 7 beds (one double bed and two comfortable sofa beds, 1 single bed), fully equipped kitchen and small bathroom. In the kitchen, for FREE, you will find everything you need to prepare breakfast the first day of your vacation. No pets are allowed (of any size). Services included: electricity, water, gas, TV, heating and final cleaning. Furnished apartment for tourist use. Services on payment: sheets and towels (5 euros per person). Better than a hotel, a bed & breakfast, but with use of kitchen!

Welcome to our luxury flat with spacious terrace, sea views and Mediterranean interior. There is a swimming pool in the complex, as well as a Infrared cabin and some fitness equipment. The flat is on the 3rd floor in a new building, securely closed with a gate and a private parking space. This in a quiet neighbourhood of Alassio where you can enjoy plenty. And yet close to the centre and the beach.

An outdoor dining area features a dark wicker table set for four, accompanied by elegant glassware. Soft candlelight illuminates the table, enhancing the serene landscape of the sea and the distant Gallinara Island under a twilight sky.

We stayed here for 5 days: functional and well-equipped apartment. Close to the beach (5 min walk) and downtown (a quarter of an hour walk). Quiet residential context, with convenient parking and outdoor space. Responsive and welcoming host. Recommended.

Beautiful apartment with sea/mountain views with a private garden. Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with a washing machine. We felt right at home.

Witam The apartment was consistent with the listing (100% compatible with the photos). Very well equipped (kitchen with all appliances, bathroom with washing machine), provided full comfort of the apartment - you could feel at home. Very nice neighborhood with a beautiful view of the sea. A big advantage of the property is a private patio and access to private, free parking. The owner was responsive and responsive to all of our questions, and check-in went smoothly. A highly recommended apartment. Cheers

The apartment has an incredible and unique breathtaking view from a very large terrace equipped with sun loungers, chairs, table and chairs, even when you are in bed you can enjoy the infinite blue.... And what about the bathroom with a shower with sea view? And the second large terrace in the living area to enjoy another perspective to dive into the blue? Everything is exceptional!! ❤️ We did not have parking and we had a bit of trouble but if the apartment at certain times offers it, you are on horseback... although then the beach below the house quietly allows you to leave the car... a few steps to access the apartment is not tiring and then there is still a reward as soon as you open the house door;) Host Cora was extremely helpful, very kind and his immediate responses, thank you! So...if you need to unplug from activities and have a nice daydream, this place is the right one!!!

We have enjoyed 14 days of the beautiful authentic house built in 1300 with great views from the roof terrace on the mountains and town Ligo / Albenga in the distance. The house is equipped with all kinds of facilities: kitchen for cooking, washing machine to do your laundry, air conditioning and screens. It is wonderfully quiet here, and you are surrounded by beautiful nature. When we stayed here in late May/early June, everything was in bloom, lots of birds, good hiking weather. You have all kinds of authentic villages, restaurants nearby, beach and also nice cities to visit. Mara, the host of the house, has always given us nice ideas to visit, where to park, etc. and was very attentive to us.

A stunning sunset casts warm hues over the sea, reflecting colorful shades on the water's surface. The silhouette of nearby hills and villas frames the view, while lush trees are visible in the foreground, enhancing the serene natural landscape.

Great location, very great view, completely escape-proof fenced garden. You'll get exactly what the pictures show. The historic hiking trail leads along the house and our dog had many people to welcome on weekends. Kitchen fully equipped, all very clean. NO Wi-Fi, but it is also in the advertisement! Our stay was wonderfull! The house has a nice view and a lot of privacity! The pool is nice as well. Massimo took care of all our wishes and requests! Furthermore he suprised us with a birthday cake during our stay, because our youngest boy had birthday! Thumbs up for Massimo and his beautiful home! I can recommend thid place.
