There are 2 balconies and a private covered garage, with direct access to the apartment, exclusively used by our guests. Dumenza is a quiet and authentic village in a strategic position to reach easily by car the tourist resorts of Lake Maggiore, Como and Lugano, but offers also a lot of privacy.

Quiet oasis in the wild valley

The house has been in our family for generations. The small apartment was expanded in the 70s and continuously renovated. The large garden is part of it and offers plenty of space for all kinds of things. It is nestled between Lake Maggiore and Monte Lema, on the edge of the village. The house is a good starting point for hikes in the green, untouched valley or for biking. By car, it's 10 minutes to the lake.

Lovely clean and renovated apartment. Very functional and comfortable. In a charming and quiet little village in the mountains. Close to the Swiss border and Lake Maggiore for beautiful excursions or hikes. We had a pleasant stay. However, be careful if you have a large and wide car, it will not pass in the street that leads to the accommodation but free parking is available very close.

It was very nice in Agra at Martina's. We felt very comfortable in the apartment with our little baby. Likewise, the garden is beautiful for relaxing for us and playing for the little one. We took beautiful walks in the area. Nature seemed like the jungle to us - so many different trees, shrubs and flowers. We highly recommend Martina's accommodation and will definitely be back 🫶🌻🙏

Amazing location with fabulous lake view. The apartment is newly furnished and very tidy. We enjoyed every minute in Luino. There's a booklet with all information in the apartment (wifi, restaurants, tourism recommendations) and Anna was always a proactive and friendly host. Would come back 10/10.

Anita is a super host, she was really very precise in communications and allowed us to check in in an extremely flexible way. The apartment is magnificent, very large and cared for in every detail, very clean and practical. The apartment is in a dream location, among hills and nature, flowers and plants of all kinds, in the open space there are 2 terraces from where you can admire an incredible view of the surrounding hills and a view of Lake Lugano. The stay, practically fantastic, I will definitely return. Thank you very much Anita.
