Impeccable and accurate. The apartment is NEW and is also very nice. The kitchen is equipped with everything ,in the bathroom there were towels and even disposable vials and paper , basically as in a hotel . Floor HEATING that regulates the optimal temperature, spare blankets... Great internet connection, a small office and a nice TV... in short, everything... everything , just a few steps from the apartment there is a grocery store, the pharmacy, the distributor and a bar, more than a review I have to congratulate ! Thank you Gabriele and Marta, our stay was quiet and relaxing... the place was nice and great for what we had to do... I hope to return soon... I highly recommend it to everyone

Immaculate flat with 3 big bedrooms and a huge kitchen/living space. V quiet surroundings. Beautiful garden with a small pool which is nice for cooling off. Judith, Fabrizio and their two children are wonderful hosts, but never intrusive. It is a bit of a bumpy track to reach the house but fine with a standard family car. Easy to reach many Umbrian towns including Assisi and lake Trasimeno (we enjoyed kayaking). We also enjoyed the local water park.

La Terrazza - A cool oasis.

That was a really nice stay. The place is just like the pictures. The apartment is placed on ground floor of the old walls of the Piegaro village . it has a really nice view . Inside there is a natural air condition because the walls are made from stone and are 1 meter thick. It was a paradise inside with the heat wave of August. The kitchen is fully equipped in case you want to cook something. The pool was great with this heat and is was big enough to swim around. It is shared with 3 other apartments. Usually you have space to leave your towel and have some sun in the sunlounges. Tomas was really friendly and was there when we needed him. We also did a wine tour with him the last day and it was really nice . Also there are some nice suggestions (for food and to-do) in a leaflet inside the apartment. The only thing we didn't like was the mattress and pillows (it was very soft and seemed outdated). We wish we had one more week to stay there I already miss the sunset from the pool.

If you're looking for a place to unwind, it's the ideal place. Quiet, peaceful place, you can relax in the pool, have a barbecue or play foosball and ping-pong. Daniele and his family welcome you in a friendly way, making you feel right at home. We will definitely stay again

Beautiful apartment set in spectacular surroundings of olive groves and vineyards. Fillipo was friendly and helpful throughout. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the small towns of Umbria and walks around Lake Trasimeno which are within 30-45 mins driving of the property.
