Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in View Park-Windsor Hills

Our stay was phenomenal! The pictures do not do the Airbnb justice - such a beautiful view of the LA skyline and full of natural light. Check in was very easy and the security guard in the building was also very accommodating and helped us with parking instructions provided to us by hosts. The included parking spot was such a perk and reduced so much stress about overnight parking! Amenities such as rooftop pool elevated our experience, and the proximity to many restaurants and night life were appreciated. Place was very clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in the city!

An overall nice experience! The home is in a safe neighborhood and near to many tourist spots. Glad to use the garage that comes with the home, solved our headaches with parking!

Loved the place! It was a great home for our stay. Would recommend. The only thing I would say is be careful at night on Slauson Ave, can get a bit sketchy.

Jordon place is very clean and well equipped.Great kitchen with all you would require. In a great location with subway stations very close and also bus services.Does not have air con and was quite warm at times.The plane noise is somewhat loud but didn’t worry me.The area is very working class but felt safe.All in all good value for the money Thanks for the stay Jordon

The stay in the apartment was excellent, very well located, everything is new, the kitchen is very well equipped with new and modern appliances. There were also basic items available, such as coffee, olive oil, salt, sugar, etc. I loved the apartment, I'll definitely come back more often.

Exactly as advertised with a great host to match! Akaisha was super responsive if we had questions - one night we came back and couldn’t find any street parking and the hosts were able to figure something out for us. Would be great if there was built in parking for this unit as there’s a good amount of room on the property, but we knew it was street parking when booking. Not a lot of noise from Venice Blvd or the 10! Decent neighborhood, easy to get to main street walking. The unit itself was really great, though don’t bank on using the couch to sleep, it’s not very comfortable. It’s a tried and true one bedroom with one bed.

Tiffany is an amazing host offering a wonderful house well worth its price and you'll definitely not regret with everything you need in a house and more. A few of us even went for a morning run around the neighbourhood and it felt really safe. She also offers various local recommendations for anyone new to LA.

Great space for a quick escape while our home had some renovations being completed. The place was near many great restaurants and grocery stores that we took advantage of. Check in was a breeze thanks to hosts clear instructions.

We stayed here for a family member’s graduation and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was exactly as described—immaculately clean, well-designed, and peaceful, with beautifully maintained, private landscaping. It was perfect for a guest in our group with knee issues, thanks to the two ground-floor bedrooms and thoughtful touches like a bench at the entry for the no-shoes policy. The iPad system controls everything from the hot tub to house music, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Lori, the house manager, was exceptional—warm, responsive, and solved a minor lock issue in minutes. The location is excellent: a short walk to coffee, restaurants, and stores, and about 20 minutes on foot to downtown Culver City. Erewhon and many other amenities are located there, and driving to downtown takes just a couple of minutes. We had a great stay and highly recommend this home for anyone visiting LA.

Our group of friends gathered here for a four-day bachelorette party and had an amazing time. The space was spacious and perfect for hosting a cozy dinner and home party. Communication with the host was seamless, and the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It was close to the airport and ktown!

We spent a weekend at Juresha’s location and we loved our entire stay. House was clean, organized, and contained lots of cozy amenities. We actually wish we stayed in the house more rather than jumping around LA! Rooms were spacious and bathrooms were clean. We were in the area for an event at SoFi and it was the perfect spot for easy access to the venue. Juresha was proactive with communicating details to us, checking in, and sharing details about the home to make sure we were comfortable. Would recommend! Thank you.

Had such an amazing stay in Los Angeles, mainly due to Michael’s place meeting and surpassing expectations. Incredible views of the city and the attention to detail throughout this place made us instantly feel comfortable and at home. From the large comfortable beds, both bathrooms and showers, the home cinema, the kitchen and dining area layout and in the instructions put in place telling us how everything works was a really nice touch from the host. Our host, Michael, was very helpful from the day we reserved to the day we checked out, such a friendly and informative host. Thanks a lot, can’t wait to visit again. Neil & Sandra

Cam’s place was clutter free which I loved. She thought of everything you might need and very welcoming. I felt right at home, I personally tried to leave it as she gave it to us. I felt her expectations were nothing out of the ordinary from us, pretty much just treat it as your own. Her home is 20 min away from airport; 10 -15 min away from gym (LA fitness), costco, sofi stadium and other places. We were there for business negotiations so the cozy home helped much!!! I would love to come back and rent again! FYI we did have a rental which Cam recommends in her listing..

Ben was an amazing host! Instructions to check-in were clear. The home had everything we needed from extra blankets, towels, backyard, shower + bath, kitchen supplies etc. Everything you need for a great stay. The home was super clean and in a great location. We will definitely be staying here when we go back to LA.

Our family had returned from a 17 night cruise we had alot of washing to do, the property had a large washing machine and dryer to use. the softest toilet paper, handtowels and linen, it felt very comfortable and spacious. park and hoops across the road Thank you

We had such a wonderful stay in downtown LA. The apartment was spacious with high ceilings, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook breakfast each morning. It was clean, beautifully designed, and felt so cozy, especially with the antique lamp casting a warm glow at night. I loved how the city lights reflected into the living room and made the evenings feel magical. The rooftop pool and hot tub had amazing views, and we met some great people there. The building felt very safe with on-site security, which we really appreciated. Ali was a fantastic host. He was super responsive and full of great recommendations. My husband, his cousin, and I all loved it and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Wonderful place. Only unfortunate thing is that we were right next to the main entrance so we heard people coming in and out. It only sucked because i was up and i got scared but would have never noticed if i was asleep. Wish i had time to visit the rooftop. It is a must stay. Host is very friendly and responsive. She made sure I was okay even though she was dealing with an 8 hr time difference. That’s service! Close to the beach.

Very well-furnished with all the amenities. Our hosts even had cold drinks in the fridge for us. Both Tianna and Grant were very responsive and friendly. Only 5min to LAX

Loved our stay here! We were instantly comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy instructions to get in. Felt safe and private. Typical city noise which is to be expected, but nothing bad at all, and the windows block out the noise perfectly so we slept great! No complaints and hope to come back next time we're in town for a concert! Thank you so much Christina!

Great spot in the heart of downtown. Loved the rooftop pool. Very convenient location, close to Dodger Stadium (Go Blue!). Host easy to communicate with. Front desk people super cool. Was nice to have parking too. Would stay again. Be sure to read about the history of this building. Super interesting.
