The place is nice & comfortable and only a few min's walk from the warm Caribbean sea... Our family semi-detached beachflat has 2 bedrooms with air-conditionning, separate shower and toilet and a nice terrace. It fits a group of 4 adults or a family of 5. 📍 Within walking distance : the beach, 2 beach bars & restaurants and 1 diving club. ** Unfortunately this beachflat, that sits on top of a small hill, does not meet accessibility requirements. We're really sorry about that.

Staying with us, you will be in a private residence, flowery, quiet by the sea near the beaches, 10 minutes walk from shops (bakery, grocery store, restaurants, doctor etc...). Spacious, ventilated, with its wooded garden (bananas, mangoes, etc.)It is equipped with 1 tank to compensate for water outages, 1 solar water heater, new air conditioners with indoor parking spaces, 1 swimming pool with its deckchairs and a barbecue area. My place is good for a couple or family (with 2 kids over 2 years old). 4 people maximum (including kids). The pool is shared. Close to the marina. Very large terrace to relax and enjoy the vegetation. The kitchen and bathroom were redone in December 2023.

We loved the house. The garden in which the accommodations are located is beautiful, well maintained and pleasant. The homes are in a large garden at the end of a path accessible from the street which makes the place peaceful and at the same time we stay close by by car to the small town. Everything was spotless, matches the description, the view makes the stay amazing. We had a favorite for Trois-Rivières and its surroundings which remain authentic, roots, very pretty and a little less touristy during the time we went there.

Very good hospitality from Erwan. Very flexible for our departure by offering to take our time because he had no booking after us. The accommodation was impeccable, very clean, all the utensils were present for the kitchen and bath towels available for our stay. A washing machine is also available. It was great. Two bedroom creole home with patio and garden. Well functioning air conditioner. Beds we’re comfortable. Safe neighborhood. 5 minute drive to Port Louis beach. Host was friendly and was quick to respond requests. Only thing was there was no hot water but we weren’t too bothered by it as days were hot after coming home from a long day at the beach. We had a nice time.

We had a great time in Avignon. The accommodation is in a good location (central for visiting Guadeloupe, Marina...), peaceful and very pleasant. Céline is very responsive and accommodating, which is very much appreciated. From the balcony you can observe hummingbirds, crabs, iguanas... I recommend and will return with pleasure.

One of the best airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! The place is beautiful and even cozier than the pictures. But really what stands out is the host, Valérie! She really goes out of her way to make you feel at home. She offers a full experience including cooked meals and spa services as (affordable) add ons. She even helped transport us when our taxis kept falling through last minute, as we were apprehensive in renting a car. 10/10 stay! Will be visiting the country again surely!

The view from the terrace is amazing, it should be featured more prominently in the photos but at least the discovery is surprising. The atmosphere is family-like, you feel at home from the start! We just finished a 10-day stay at Sylvie's where we were 2 adults and 3 young children. The listing is in a peaceful and pleasant environment and is as described. The kids felt like they were adventurers living in a cabin. It has all the essentials for a pleasant stay... even a cooler for picnics. The bedding is of good quality. Although there were 5 of us, we never felt cramped. The pool area is nice and blends perfectly into the atmosphere of the flora of Basse-Terre. In the morning, during breakfast, we were accompanied by hummingbirds and small birds curious to watch what we were eating. In the space where the washing machine is located, Sylvie has made various books freely available. For me and my family it was a successful experience and we will be happy to come back.

The hosts, Michel and Yvette, are friendly, welcoming and, a big plus, they stay on site and are therefore available quickly. They're really great hosts. They gave us great advice. Impeccable accommodation. The pool is a plus and, although it is shared by a few homes, it was often unoccupied when used while all homes were occupied. No rooster singing at 3am (This is a plus in Guadeloupe). We were in the accommodation "Alpinia" and it does not offer a view other than the vegetation that forms a screen of privacy in front of the patio that serves as a dining/relaxing area. Hosts have other listings, so it's worth checking out which one works for you. For example, the dining area of the Alpinia accommodation is only separated by a partition of the dining area of the neighboring accommodation so that we hear the neighbors very well and vice versa, but we get used to it very quickly. Thank you Michel.
