The place is impeccably clean and perfectly matches the photos. Duc is incredibly responsive and offered excellent recommendations. He connected us with Harry, who proved to be an exceptionally reliable guide for our tours. We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the sheets and the convenience of having a washer and dryer for our laundry needs. While the internet in the master bedroom was a bit slow, I informed Duc, and she seemed committed to addressing it. This might have been due to the high volume of live streams during the fireworks festival last night. The overall convenience and accessibility of this location were outstanding. Should we return to Da Nang, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Absolutely loved my stay at KayStay! The place was incredibly comfortable—felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still peaceful enough to relax. The space itself is beautiful, with thoughtful touches and a really cozy vibe. What really made the experience stand out was the host—super friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Well-maintained and clean apartment with two big rooms and living/dining areas, ample closet space, sizeable washrooms, and a very handy washer and dryer. Instructions for self check-in were clear and the process was easy. Host was very responsive to questions, even during night time. Nearby there is a cheap local eatery and a good spa place. Would be happy to stay again in future visits to Da Nang.

Sarah was incredibly kind, communicative, and genuinely caring...she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The place was clean, cozy, and even better than expected. Her hospitality truly exceeded all expectations. I felt welcome and well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay. Overall, they stay at Mai’s place was nice. Beautiful scenery, river panorama view. Best at sunrise. The arrangement inside the condo is well-suited. For amenities, guests might need to self-prepare shampoo and shower gel. There are plants decoration in-house and at the balcony, so there might be bugs here and there. Bugs and roaches prevention might need to be done more thoroughly. Be careful when opening the balcony because there might be paederus, a kind of insect that is always available in raining season in Vietnam. All in all, the experience at Mai’s place is worth a try.

Nguyen was very responsive, had great recommendations, and helped every time we reached out. The property was even better than we expected with access to great views, restaurants, spas, bars, etc. Our experience was 10 times better given the experience and we were sad when we had to leave! 11/10 would recommend :)

The apartment was super clean and cozy, with everything you could possibly need — even an espresso machine! Sua is honestly the best Airbnb host I’ve ever met. He gave us a tour of the place and shared some awesome food and coffee spots. The building has an amazing pool and gym, and even though it’s in a quiet residential area, there are plenty of convenience stores nearby. Both Sua and Phuc were super responsive and answered all our questions. Such a gem!

The stay in Ho Chi Min was very accommodating. The accommodation was a beautiful modern flat walking distance from some of Ho Chi Min city’s attractions.

Очень удобная и уютная квартира со всем необходимым для жизни. Хост дружелюбный, отвечает на все вопросы моментально. Локация Экопарк просто волшебная, тут хорошая инфраструктура, удобно гулять пешком, в речке плавают лебеди (черные в том числе), подальше в парке гуляют павлины и гуси, вокруг много японских ресторанов и кофейн. Отличное место чтобы отдохнуть от шумной жизни

The shower temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, likely due to the slightly low water pressure, but aside from that, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

An amazing villa experience! I had such a chill vacation at this villa. As soon as I stepped in, I was hit with a modern yet cozy vibe—perfect for “Insta moments” with every corner looking stunning! The rooms were spotless, fully equipped, and there was a spacious balcony where you could just sit back, relax, stargaze, or enjoy the city view. The host was super friendly, giving us great tips on nearby food spots and popular check-in places. The villa is located right in the center, so everything is super convenient—cafes, bakeries, tourist attractions, all just a few steps away. What I loved the most was the relaxed atmosphere—both luxurious and homey—that made me want to extend my stay! If I ever come back, this villa will be my top choice for sure. Seriously, note this place down if you’re into photography and looking for a top-tier spot to unwind.

Good place that matched the description. It was a really great place to rest at. Location was a bit tough to navigate for our driver (16 seater). One room had mould on the ceiling including the bathroom. It wasn't as bad though but just something to consider. Whole place was very spacious and we loved the kitchen.
