The house met all our expectations, spacious, clean and quiet, with a large balcony where you can greet the rising sun and a garden to sit if necessary. The hamlet of Ny is a real gem, beautifully located and very quiet. Although it would have been nice if there had been 1 cafe, but we did not miss it very much either. Catherine was a very kind and helpful hostess, who decorated the apartment with a lot of taste in a balanced way and keeps everything tip top in order. She gave us a few good tips for hiking and places to eat in the beginning. A few minutes drive away is the place Hotton, from where a beautiful road along the Ourthe to La Roche meandert. In the immediate vicinity and in various places along the Ourthe you can enjoy hiking.

Annie was a great host - nothing was too much trouble, she made us feel very welcome and breakfast was fantastic! The property was in a beautiful and peaceful location and perfect for visiting Francorchamps. The 2 towns in close proximity (Malmedy and Stavelot) had everything that you would need. We just wish our stay had been longer so we could have explored more.

Staying here made our experience at Spa Francorchamps Circuit very easy and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful and the breakfast option was well done! We feel like we left as friends and would welcome a reason to return and further explore this beautiful area.

Beautiful stay with a very nice welcome from Guy and Ida, the accommodation is clean located in a quiet area near major highways. We enjoyed having a hearty breakfast with friendly moments of sharing.

We received such a warm welcome! The breakfast is very rich, particularly loving, balanced and always with a regional reference. Marion responds to all individual requests. The room is a great combination of old and modern. The same applies to the sanitary facilities. Each room has its individual touch. For pure relaxation, you can always find a corner for yourself on the quiet property. Marion always has a good suggestion for excursions and also supports with phone reservations.

Very nice landhaus to stay in with beautiful surroundings and all hike routes nearby. Room is large and beautiful spacious.

Nice B&B. Difficult to find if you arrive late in the evening. The room is spacious, clean and tidy with terrace. Clean bathroom and a lovely shower. Great breakfast that will be put in front of your room door. Unfortunately, not the host himself seen/ can speak, but very satisfied with the stay and reception.

Beautiful space with large bed and a spacious comfortable shower. A delicious breakfast awaits us the next morning, which was not lacking in anything. This beautiful and peaceful place, run by Andrea and Carlo, is a gem on Airbnb. They made us feel welcome from the beginning. The room is really cozy, clean and matches the photos perfectly. The B&B has a really beautiful garden as well, where you can relax after a day of exploring the area. The hosts Andrea and Carlo are really helpful and were quick to respond to our messages. They gave us lots of good tips for restaurants and trips. The breakfast is immaculate. Do NOT skip it! It is prepared with care and you will not be hungry for the rest of the day. Thank you so much for making our trip rememberable.

It is a great place to stay in a quiet area. With a delicious breakfast and a very friendly host. The bus stop is within walking distance, so we could easily travel to walk the mullerthal trail. We'd love to come back!
