Our aim is to provide travelers with the best possible accommodation within a reasonable budget. Our 16m² studio, though simple, is highly functional and has been completely renovated in 2023. It is conveniently located within walking distance of all necessary shops. You can check-in at your convenience, park temporarily in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then find nearby free parking. Bus lines L109 to Labège or L6 and 81 to Toulouse via the metro are just 100 meters away

This cozy and elegant 48 m² cocoon is located on the ground floor of a quiet and secure residence. Living there when I'm not renting, I put all my care into the decoration, comfort and amenities. Located on the outskirts of Toulouse, you will enjoy your tranquility while being 5 minutes from Paul Sabatier University and 20 minutes from the center by metro. Classified as PMR, it has a balcony and large rooms: perfect for 2–3 people, this accommodation is not suitable for small children.
