Monthly Rentals in Victoria Park

Joel & Jess Apartment was splendid. My husband & I drove while we were in Perth and the instructions they gave were very clear on how to park the car and also retrieve the key to enter the apartment. There’s a bus stop anyway right just in front of their apartment if anyone chose not to drive. It definitely felt like home although we were away from home. We felt safe too throughout our whole stay here. The apartment is close a stretch of mainly Halal food (which was very important for us) and also desserts and other bubble teas. We usually park the car and take a stroll down the stretch in the evening. Coles, Kmart, Woolsworth was also just a few minutes drive away and that was definitely helpful for our groceries and snacks. We had some small problem during our stay and they were so responsive too. I truly appreciate my stay here and will definitely choose Joel & Jess Apartment again when I’m back to Perth. I visit Perth every year and this has been the best place we have stayed in. Cheri and Szczepan were the most generous hosts I have seen. The home was spotless, so tastefully furnished with amazing little touches. Thank you for being so thoughtful and kind! Truly a wonderful stay, with amenities/eateries just a short walk away. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for our first 4 weeks in Perth, absolutely loved the place, great location right near South Perth foreshore with easy access straight into the city and surrounding areas. Natalie and Warren were fantastic hosts, very friendly and made us feel very welcome and at home from day one. Thanks for hosting us, would definitely recommend this place to anyone! Charlie

Tracey’s house was straight like our own home. The host was easy to communicate and always there to respond to our queries etc. She also made a kind gesture by stopping by to say hello to our family. The location is super strategic, near to EVERYTHING! Coles/Woolworth is just 1 min drive from the house. Close to airport, close to the city and lots of restaurants too. House facility is complete, we cooked for most of the times. We really recommend this house, especially for a family to stay.
