Close to airport around 15 min ride. 3 minutes to bus stops with lots of services that goes to almost anywhere in Perth. Supermarket is 5 to 7 minutes walking distance. Lots and lots of great restaurants within 5 to 20 minutes walking. Lots of new/used cars complex if you want to buy a car.

Value for money situated in an upmarket neighborhood. The proximity to the lovely lake district and Swan River as well as easy access to public transport was a bonus. Lisa was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again. The first thing I noticed upon arrival was the cleanliness of the facility.
