Monthly Rentals in Victoria Department

Highly recommended place to spend a short or long stay in Rosario. Julia, the host, was very friendly, clear and practical when giving us the instructions to enter and leave the apartment. She was also very willing when something was needed. The apartment is beautiful and all the images match how it really looks. The building and the block are very quiet, despite being located in one of the city's most important areas. One of my favorite areas, close to cafes, bars, restaurants and the Paraná River coast. Would definitely stay there again!

The place is fine. We picked up the keys at the property next door without any problems. The location is very good. Javier was always attentive. Highly recommended

Daniel's place is simply great. The location is perfect as everything is pretty much one or two blocks away (such as supermarkets, laundromat, bank, bus stops). From the apartment, the river is just a few blocks away. The apartment itself is very comfortable. I stayed almost three months and it had everything I needed. The only thing that is missing is the washing machine, but the nearby laundromat is very close and efficient. The view from the balcony (both in the living room and bedroom) is great, as you can enjoy the sunrise every morning. Daniel himself is a great host. Very responsive and always ready to help if you need something. Highly recommended!

Josefina is a genius !!!!! We had a problem with the keys on Saturday night and even though she was far away, she came to solve the problem for us !!!! Thank you🤩. The apartment, the location and everything was spectacular !!!!
