Private access to the beach, shops in the village 5 minutes walk, sale of fish on arrival of boats on the port and scallops in season. Quiet neighborhood, rest and wide open spaces guaranteed. Beautiful walks to do along the coast, the Gatteville lighthouse nearby. In good weather, you can admire the sunrise over the beach. Pool and Tennis at the Orchard

Nestled in the heart of the Cotentin marshes in the hamlet of Montessy, this former farmhouse was renovated in 2011. It has a pleasant and cozy comfort with recent amenities. A 10 m x 4 m pool built in 2023, indoor or outdoor, heated, is available from early April to mid-November. A tennis court awaits athletes as well as 4 canoes-kayaks to navigate the river that flows at the end of the garden. Also available: ping pong table and adult and children's bikes)
