Apartment vacation rentals in Vias

The apartment is extremely comfortable and well-appointed. The two dedicated parking places are a real boon. It's situation is fantastic, being only two minutes walk from the lovely harbour with all it's restaurants, and ten minutes from the centre of the town. The view from the balcony is truly special, overlooking as it does the marina and the Étang, along the shore of which you can walk all the way to the Canal du Midi. We shall certainly be back.

In the middle of it all...we spent 8 days in the very nice apartment and participated in daily life in Narbonne. Whether it's daily shopping, visiting the sights and the many cafes or dinner in one of the many great restaurants. Excursions by bike to the sea or through the vineyards included. We always ended the day on the great terrace above the rooftops with a glass of wine. Clear recommendation for this apartment! Merci Emilie!

This was our second visit to Dominique’s gorgeous place and it didn’t disappoint. He is a fantastic host and the house, garden and pool are exactly as described/pictured. I am returning again in September demonstrating how much I love this place.

We had a night in the accommodation. The concierge Romy welcomed us, handed over the keys and received the keys again the next day. The apartment is sufficiently large for 2 people, very well furnished and very clean.

We had a great time at Philippe's place. The accommodation is well thought out, no loss of space, family-friendly and cozy. The hosts are warm and discreet. The pool at the foot of the accommodation is a real plus

Very well located apartment, you can park the car and do everything on foot, fine sandy beach and shops. Beautiful view, as soon as you walk through the front door, of the sea! which is very nice. Too bad the previous tenant didn't clean properly... What I'll remember is the balcony view! Beautiful

We stayed in Agde for 3 nights and had a great stay at the place! The views and surroundings are beautiful. There are many apartments on the promenade, but you can still find a quiet place on the beach. The bus is only 3 minutes away on foot. The apartment is very lovingly furnished - we felt immediately comfortable. Caroline and Benoit sent us a very clear and professional guide in advance, which included everything from check-in to recommendations for activities. So we were able to prepare for the stay. We'll be back.

A very pleasant stay with a very nice and cozy apartment. Sheets and towels included in the price, which lightens the suitcases! Private parking that allows us to leave our car safely and do everything on foot! 🏝Beach right in front of the apartment not to mention the restaurants and shops nearby. Everything was a great fit for our 3-night stay. The apartment is as described and you felt very comfortable. I would especially like to highlight the extremely fast WiFi - I have never had such fast Internet in a vacation apartment, it was perfect for remote work :) Inés also always responded very quickly and was very accommodating and friendly - I highly recommend the apartment.

Vincent's apartment is very well decorated and the amenities are very good quality. Everything is modern and well thought out to make guests' stay easier. The guide written by Vincent is very appreciable and very useful for quickly finding useful information. The apartment is very well located, a short walk to the cathedral. You can see it from the window. It's a little harder to find a place. Despite its downtown location, the apartment is quiet and peaceful. The "negative" points that we could note, apart from the error on the rose petals option, concern the coffee maker that we could not make work properly and the lack of towels to wipe our hands in the kitchen and toilets. It's just a detail, but it would be more convenient. We had a great time in Avignon!
