This apartment is a little gem. A lake view, no neighbors opposite and very quiet. Just birds chirping. Tastefully furnished, very clean and everything you need for a pleasant stay. The proximity to the lake allows for beautiful walks. We will keep the address and will not hesitate to recommend it. The brochure prepared upon our arrival is very practical. The apartment is beautiful and is exactly as described in the pictures. The view of the lake: wonderful. You can hear the street a little, but it's not loud because of the large park in front of the house. Check-in was hassle-free, communication totally straightforward. We would have liked to extend another night, but unfortunately the apartment was already occupied again. Free parking is available right in front of the house. The kitchen was fully equipped, from detergent to shower gel, everything was available. You rarely experience this so comfortably. So all in all: top apartment at fair conditions! We would come back here anytime.

It was lovely to be by the lake and very peaceful. it was also very convenient to be right by the station and the road without having to negotiate the narrow roads that are higher up the slopes. The place was incredibly well stocked and clean and we enjoyed our stay very much. Christine was always very responsive to my queries.

It was a beautiful apartment with a great balcony view over the lake. Though we checked in a bit later than stated 4 pm, due to Charlene needing to fix the kitchen sink. But she was very friendly and informed us earlier and helped with all the necessary information and instructions to get to the place.

Nice little house with a beautiful view of the lake. The place is quiet and relaxing. The decor is minimalist, a little cold. The whole place is clean, you just have to sweep the dust off the ground floor a little when you settle in. My husband, 22-year-old son and I had a lovely 4-day relaxing stay. Accurate listing. Small but functional, perfect for two people and for a weekend. Clean and well-equipped. The plus: lake view from the bedroom corner. The small downsides: very cramped bedroom area and fairly small parking space, requires some maneuvering despite a medium-sized vehicle.

Very enjoyable short stay. I liked the air conditioning in the hot weather, it was cool in the bedrooms even in the mezzanine. The two beaches below the village are very uncrowded and the peaceful calm of the village is a short bike ride from Switzerland.

This home was perfect for our visit to family in Mies! The home was clean, comfortable, with everything we needed and just as described. We appreciated the clear communication and helpful instructions!

Rented a second time and again completely great!

A fantastic retreat right on the lake – with plenty of privacy, ideal for relaxing and enjoying. The lovingly renovated house impresses with its original furnishings and its very own charm. The well-kept garden invites you to linger and play. Particularly practical is the location: shopping, public transport and beautiful excursion destinations are easily accessible (also on foot). All around a perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

We had a great time at Valerie's, who is a very nice and very helpful host. The apartment is comfortable and very well located. Valerie was always available to meet our needs.

What a lovely apartment in a vibrant and walkable area of Geneva! The apartment is on the top floor with a view of Lake Geneva on one side and a view of the neighborhood on the other. The apartment is beautifully appointed and quiets down around 10 or 11 pm at night, with a bit of pleasant street noise until then. There are lots of restaurants and cafés, and it's one block from an enormous and beautiful park. We enjoyed taking coffee at Chou, just one block over. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again when we're back in Geneva.

Fantastic place to stay and visit Montreaux and surrounding villages. Estela met me and showed me how to get around her place and gave me the Riviera card. Very peaceful and homey, I loved it and highly recommend!!

The apartment was bright, friendly and nicely decorated as described. Everything you need is there and you are so close to the water that you feel like you are right on the lake. Evian is easily accessible by car and also on foot where there are many shops and good restaurants.

The hosts have equipped it very well and make every effort to make us feel at home: good bedding, array of towels/bathrobes, basic products available, small appliances of all kinds, nothing missing! The accommodation is located in the center of Evian with a parking space which is very convenient. The icing on the cake: the lake view!
