Lots of charm in this old 1820 terraced house, located in the old hamlet of Arare, in the municipality of Plan les Ouates. It overlooks a quiet alley, offering a quiet and intimate atmosphere. The accommodation has retained its original elements, with terracotta tiling on the ground floor and a period wooden staircase that squeaks slightly and contributes to the authentic character of the house.
