Charming non-smoking family villa 10 min from the lake and downtown Geneva by car and 5 min walk from the tram that takes you to the heart of Geneva in less than 15 min. It has two parking spaces. A nice little garden with terrace, dining area and barbecue, as well as children's games. There are three bedrooms upstairs with a beautiful furnished terrace and a fourth bedroom in the basement, three bathrooms and an office area. Great for families. Residential neighborhood.
