On this former small farm you can enjoy the silence with wild sheep and deer close to the cottage. The new cottage is located a few minutes from the majestic sea cliff Hornelen. The area offers very good fishing opportunities and hiking in the woods and mountains. The place is amazing, we really liked the sauna overlooking the fjord. Motorboat fishing was also fantastic. We were lucky to see brown dolphins! I am a returning guest, I have always left with great satisfaction.

What a scenic location in a peaceful town with great hikes. The house, rich with history, was fun to be in and even though a very old home it had all the amenities (good kitchen/bathroom) one is used to these days. The host Mari was friendly and provided many helpful local tips.
