Great place to stay… .informationally worth renting

Perfect location, very clean, cold a/c, Netflix on TV. It’s a tiny space, but it had everything we needed for a couple of days. It was comfortable to return to at the end of the day and so close to everything!

Very nice studio with a very flexible host on schedules. It is located at the foot of the train station which is great for getting around. I'll be back.

First of all, thank you to our host for his kindness and availability. The plus: parking is available in the basement which, for an apartment in the city center, is very valuable. the location of the property is exceptional with a large terrace facing the sea where you can have meals. The city center is a 5-minute walk away and old Menton is a 15-minute walk away. The apartment is very functional and well-equipped.

We had a lovely stay in Florences's beautiful apartment. It is very conveniently located The apartment complex is very clean and tidy and we enjoyed the tennis courts and swimming pool.

A great apartment with everything you need. A balcony for breakfast in the sun, music plays in the bathroom when you turn on the light. The bus goes directly to the city and you can walk to the beach restaurants! Just great and we'll be back.

Excellent week spent in Roquefort-les-Pins. Benjamin and his wife were very welcoming and flexible despite a late arrival on our part. Their children were also very friendly with our daughter, including some wild trampoline games! The house has everything you need and there are plenty of activities in the garden. Special mention to the pétanque court where we were able to compete in many games of Molky! The location of the house is great, we were able to take walks or drive 5 minutes to the Sinodon Natural Park. The village center is a 15-minute walk away or just 2 minutes by car with all the necessary amenities. As for the mother, the first beaches are just 20 minutes away so very accessible too. In short, a very nice location with a very welcoming family! Thanks for this week!

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

What an incredible hidden gem to find Walter and Sandra’s home in Coaraze. It’s not often that the photography doesn’t do the house justice, but the home is even MORE beautiful in person. The views from every level of the house, and every window, are breathtaking. The home really is a work of art, and you can tell that every book, vase, decoration etc. was placed intentionally and with care. The house doesn’t feel sterile, and you immediately feel at home with all of the amenities and fully stocked necessities. Walter was very responsive, and immediately answered any questions that we had during our stay. Can’t recommend the home highly enough.

Peaceful, clean accommodation located in a pretty village close to the sea but also to the mountain. Lots of amenities and decent bedding... everything I was looking for for a lovely vacation! Thank you Françoise

Beautiful cottage off the coast of Nice in the heart of Eze. Perfect space for four guest. We were able to walk to Eze village as well as many restaurants, grocer and bakeries in under 10 mins. On a rainy night we found comfort in this cozy cottage making our own dinner from food we got at the grocery in town.

We had a great time at Maike's place. The walk to town and the beach was pleasant. We were close to the train station and options for the bus.

Very cozy and nice apartment with a beautiful view. Our host was very friendly and welcoming. The place was a bit small for three people but offered everything we needed for one night stay. We would recommend this place!

We had a nice stay at Geoffroy's, the house matches the listing in all (quiet environment, not very far from the sea ). The house is comfortable, and clean. Very good parking. Geoffroy is friendly, welcoming, and punctual. We would recommend this listing.

Very clean and very functional apartment, everything can be done on foot without having to take the weekend car. Very responsive and flexible host for schedules. Great value for money. I would recommend it 100%.

I really enjoyed my stay here! I'm a solo female traveler and I thought the apartment was safe and in a walkable area next to great restaurants and the ocean. It was a quick walk to the train station as well. Olivier was a wonderful host!

Lovely and clean apartment with large bedrooms in a safe residential area in Nice. About a 10 min walk to the beach. 5 minutes to bakery, grocery, pharmacy etc. Great AC, which was really important since it was super hot when we were there. A few things to note: pay attention to your spam mail. Check-in instructions were emailed to us but were not available in the app. The email went to my spam so i didn't see it. This resulted in my jet lagged and exhausted kids husband sitting on the stoop with our bags for about a half hour while I went to another address about 15 minutes away, to pick up the keys.

We had a great weekend in Mylene's apartment. It was clean, cozy and comfortable and it was easy to relax there. The location is perfect with walking distance to everything in Nice. Super lovely to stay so close to the sea. Mylene was nice and easy to communicate with and we were given access to the accommodation earlier which we really appreciated. Thanks Mylene!

What a magical view from this beautiful condo. Finding it was a little challenging, especially in the rain , and it is quite a chore to get heavy luggage up to the unit, but so well worth it. It’s a post card view from the unit. Plenty of great restaurants and shopping in the quaint neighborhood.

The place was very convenient with its parking space and the Lidle supermarket just downstairs. We enjoyed our stay very much and the apartment is very well-equipped: electric shutters, kitchen equipment including Airfryer, washing machine/dryer etc. Perfect for a family. The accommodation is spacious and very clean. We were able to cook, do our laundry etc. and the living room TV is great and there are Netflix accounts already set up for guests in multiple languages. The decor is modern and the LED lights make the apartment even more pleasant. We'll be happy to go back!

Despite the bad weather when we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the fact that the balcony could be closed by large windows and we were able to enjoy this space and the sea view. Great welcome by Marie Hélène with some good restaurant tips that we were able to enjoy and can validate!
