Our stay went great. The accommodation is very well furnished very pleasant because very quiet, the small terrace well appointed and also very pleasant. You have the bed is that the sofa was very comfortable, no complaints and as for the amenities there was absolutely everything we needed when we come back to the area, we will be where to go now 😃

Great stay at Jordan's place with our two-and-a-half-year-old daughter. Very clear instructions, compliant and pleasant accommodation, appreciable parking space attached to the accommodation, ideally located between pond and port and close to the sea. We recommend it!

Perfect & very clean apartment in a super cute fishing village! Marcus was always reachable and even secured us everytime we left a parking lot. We also did some Homeoffice working days - WiFi was very good! We enjoyed it a lot, huge recommendation.

A big thank you to Christophe for hosting us and for our various exchanges during the stay. The apartment has direct access to the beach which is very nice. It is in a quiet area and not too far from the port of Carnon where we were able to eat. Christophe's grocery store is just steps from the house with a large selection. We were offered a special touch for our arrival: very much appreciated...

The property is 100 m from the sea, offers a locked courtyard parking space - entrance approx. 1.85 m - be careful with roof boxes and bicycle racks, balcony on the north side, kitchen equipped with everything you need, including small oven and microwave, dining table sufficient for 4 people, sofa bed, bed approx. 1.9 m is between apartment door and living room and the underlying extended 2nd bed blocked somewhat the access to the bathroom/toilet or completely to the exit. Since we were there in winter, the floor was freezing cold and only accessible with shoes. Heaters for bathroom and anteroom were available, the air conditioning heated the living room. Approximately 100 m away there are small shops with baked goods, fruit, vegetables, a bar; a little further away a Lidl. The beach was clean and you can walk to Séte along the beach. The neighbors were friendly, it was quiet in the house. We found it narrower than the pictures and description suggest, but were always on the go during the day, so we can recommend it

This apartment is stunning! The roof terrace overlooking the Arenes is particularly special and the whole place is very comfortable indeed. It is very central, felt very secure and we had excellent communication from Amaury. We had a wonderful stay here.

We did not have the pleasure of meeting Amélie physically but very good communication by message. It was her mom who welcomed us, a charming and kind person. The listing was clean and as described. We were able to enjoy a well-located accommodation in a peaceful and pleasant environment. Parking spaces located near the property. Amélie is accommodating and offers good advice. Cozy and quiet accommodation 5 min walk from the sea. We had a great time in this apartment where you can find all the comforts of home. The terrace is super nice and the view is breathtaking. Communication with Morgane was easy and friendly. We'll be happy to go back!

The accommodation, located on the 4th floor (with elevator) was very good, clean and warm. The little extras are the terraces. The views are great. There is also private parking that allows you to leave your vehicle parked without any problems. Arnaud was a very responsive host. We are delighted with our stay.
