In the middle of nature and yet central (not far from Aachen, Eupen, Maastricht, Liège) We rent out a 70-square-meter apartment on our property (Eynattener Mühle), with a separate entrance, consisting of a large combined living and dining area with kitchen, a large bedroom, a small combined living and sleeping area with a single bed (185 x 85 cm; fold-out bed 90 x 200 cm available on request), and a bathroom. It can accommodate 4 adults and 1 baby (baby crib provided). An outdoor seating area, right on the Göhle, is available for our guests.

Eifelloft21 Monschau & Lake Eifel

The Eifelloft21 is located above the charming little village of Hammer. It is renovated, but the charm of the wooden house has been preserved. The semi-detached house offers space for two people on approx. 50 square meters. Thanks to the open living concept, you have a fabulous view of nature from everywhere. Only the toilet is separated by a door. From the living room with open kitchen you enter the balcony. Close to Rursee, Hohe Venn and Monschau. Price includes 5% Eifel overnight stay package.

The Bohemian Suite, with sauna

Relax in this quiet and stylish space. This 60 m² (646 sq. ft.) studio, located on the 3rd floor of a recently built building, features a fully equipped kitchen, shower room, private sauna, balcony, and fiber-optic Wi-Fi. A 10-minute walk to the center of Liège, 1 minute to Parc de la Boverie and its museum, close to Médiacité and Liège-Guillemins train station. Late check-out possible (€15/hour, subject to availability). Secure parking available upon request (€15/night).

Balmoral – Apartment with view and large terrace

Apartment in a villa with character located in the Balmoral district above the town of Spa (3 km) and 12 km from the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps. The apartment is located on the garden level and includes an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a 1.80 m double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and an independent toilet. It has a private entrance and a large terrace with two sheltered areas that can be heated, and it has a magnificent view of the valley.

A pond is present and can be crossed with a pedal boat in summer. It is essential to come with a vehicle equipped with snow tires in case of snow. WE ARE LOCATED 1.3 KM FROM THE RACETRACK, RACES GENERATE NOISE THAT CAN EXCEED 118 db FROM APRIL TO NOVEMBER.
