Very spacious and cozy accommodation, super equipped, located 100 m from the woods, walks in the countryside, along the small river La Hoegne, the Hautes Fagnes, Spa F1 in a small countryside village. Top: the Réserve des Fagnes and its magnificent walks or bike rides. The accommodation has been completely renovated to best meet the needs of a stay for a couple, family, friends... The terrace is large, pleasant and sunny! Private independent cottage with private and covered parking. Top location!

This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.
