At my apartments you don't just rent a place to sleep, but you rent to live an experience, specifically the experience of being on the terrace with that panoramic view.

In un'oasi di pace e tranquillità, immersa nella natura incontaminata, affittiamo una piccola villetta rustica di montagna che fa parte di un antico feudo del castello di Belforte (a Borgo Val di Taro), completamente ristrutturata mantenendo uno stato di conservazione antico. Gode di una splendida vista panoramica sulla valle del taro fino alle montagne liguri. È circondata da boschi di castagni e querce secolari, dista solo 10 minuti di auto da Borgo Val di Taro, il paese principale.

Nell'antico borgo di Orturano, offriamo bilocale su due piani affacciato su una grande terrazza in pietra "la Loggia Grande" sovrastante la valle del Magra e i suoi castelli, solarium di giorno e punto privilegiato per la contemplazione del cielo stellato di notte. Al centro di numerosi tracciati trekking e mtb, nelle vicinanze di borghi e cittadine medievali, a 35 km dalle spiagge liguri e toscane. A 2 km passa la via del Volto Santo (Bagnone) e a 4 la via Francigena (Filetto).

Ca La Broca® è situata a Castagnetoli, lontano dal caos cittadino ed incorniciata nella Valle del Teglia nelle meravigliose terre di Lunigiana. Adatta per chi ricerca pace e tranquillità a contatto con la natura che fa padrona al borgo medievale. A 6 km si trova l'uscita A15 di Pontremoli che collega in 30-40 minuti La Spezia e le successive meravigliose 5 Terre, Portovenere, Levanto ed altre località turistiche degne di nota sia sulla costa marina Ligure che su quella Toscana.

Rilassati in questa villa immersa nel verde e nel silenzio dell'aperta campagna, circondata da piante e alberi da frutto e situata a soli 4 km da Pontremoli. Ristrutturata nel 2024, l'immobile è totalmente indipendente. È composto da due piani, uno dei quali è privo di barriere architettoniche e quindi totalmente accessibile a disabili e persone anziane. Promuoviamo una mobilità sostenibile mettendo a disposizione dei nostri ospiti una colonnina di ricarica per auto elettriche.

Casa vacanze Il Borgo è un piccolo gioiello interamente in sasso, situata nel borgo di Rocca Sigillina nel comune di Filattiera. E' dotata di una camera con un letto matrimoniale ed un lettino, un bagno e un open space con divano letto, sala da pranzo e cucina. L'alloggio ha ad uso esclusivo una piscina con vista sull'Appennino, raggiungibile direttamente dalla porta finestra della cucina. Nella corte esterna si trova, inoltre, un gazebo con tavolo e sdraie con ombrellone.
