This cosy and relaxing house is located in a small village in the Allier (03, Auvergne Rhône-Alpes). You will find a bakery, a mini-market, a bar-tabac, a pharmacy, a hotel-restaurant, a local products shop and a brocante. The village borders the Allier River – ideal for canoeing or fishing – and the house is situated on the GR3, the Way of St. James (Camino de Santiago). No wifi or television, but peace, relaxation and board games to enjoy life in a different way.

We welcome you to the "Domaine du Moulin à Vent" gîte for a relaxing and well-being stay with your partner, friends or family ... Enjoy the private Jacuzzi and hammam as you wish, as well as an enclosed garden with trees of 6000 m². For your comfort the whole cottage is air conditioned. We also provide the household linen, the necessary to start your stay (toilet paper, oil, sugar, salt, etc ...) cleaning is also included in the service (except kitchen area).

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

Come and discover the surroundings with family, close to the Village of Goule (water activities, outdoor activities...), the Tronçais forest, ponds, the Lurcy-Levis automobile circuit, Nevers-Magny Cours, Bourges... Quiet house, with large garden, ideal for hosting a family. Possibility of baby equipment. Linens and towels are provided. Private courtyard, parking spaces on the property and secure.

At the gates of the largest oak forest in Europe, 20 minutes from the A71, we welcome you to this chalet surrounded by the Tronçais forest, classified as a remarkable forest in 2018. Ideally located a 3-minute walk from the village and less than a 10-minute walk from the Tronçais pond (leisure center with beach, supervised swimming, canoe rental, pedal boats, paddle...) you will have multiple possibilities for activities as soon as you leave the cottage!

Nice 82 m2 single-story cottage in old farmhouse located in a pleasant and relaxing setting in the countryside on the edge of the village (200 m). The cottage is located on the grounds of our property in a quiet, restored, fully-equipped, independent old barn with Wi-Fi. Outside, garden furniture, barbecue, swing all on a large shared green space. 8 km from the town of Sancoins, all shops.

A wonderful stay at Château de Paraize: staying in the French countryside with beautiful views of the horses in the fields. The river Allier is within walking distance, enjoy beautiful nature, old towns, wine estates, markets with good food or flea markets. Or bbq with us at Paraize itself, participate in a wine tasting in the old wine cellar by candlelight, or just enjoy the campfire.

Large family home, close to Tronçais Forest, in a charming little village with all amenities. We renovated our grandmother's house while trying to keep its vintage atmosphere. You may find a little bit of your childhood there, in the corner of a piece of furniture or a coffee cup... And don't worry, we changed all the bedding! Linens and towels are provided.
