**ADULTS ONLY This unique space has a style all its own. Our little house in the woods is located inside the agri-campsite, it is tastefully furnished for your every need, complete with a kitchen with an induction cooktop, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffee machine with filters, a kettle, and air conditioning. It has a private garden with deckchairs (to be used only for the relaxation of people), a table and chairs. Ideal space for a couple to renew themselves from the daily frenzy.

Located on the second floor of a three-family villa, with a separate entrance. Surrounded by the breathtaking Dolomites and a short walk to the OberBolzano earth pyramids and St. Georg and Jakob Church, it is the perfect retreat for nature lovers. With the Mobilcard you can explore South Tyrol for free and enjoy free admission to many museums. Whether hiking or relaxing – here you can experience nature in picturesque scenery.

The cozy apartment was newly built in 2022 and is located in the beautiful wine village of Girlan (Cornaiano). After a short walk (5 min) you will reach the village center with grocery stores, restaurants and a bus connection. It is only a few minutes by car from the Monticolo Lakes or Lake Caldaro. The state capital of Bolzano is also only 18 minutes by car. The apartment is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions.
