It consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and a bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m2) and a large air-conditioned kitchen (30 m2) overlooking an intimate outdoor space.

Between Sea and Marsh, come and discover a green space and its animals. The house is located on the La Rochelle/Niort axis. We have a small educational farm where you will discover our pigs, sheep, goats, chickens, geese, rabbits. It is essential to love animals.
