We really enjoyed our stay at Nir’s apartment. The apartment was extremely spacious, very updated, and had wonderful natural light. We really loved the balcony as well. Nir was very responsive and someone was waiting at the door to check us in right as we got dropped off- it was seamless. The location was perfect walking distance to major attractions and wonderful restaurants. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!

un superbe accueil. le logement était vraiment très propre.nous qui sommes très regardant le dessus c'était vraiment top. il y a tout ce qu'il faut ( lave vaisselle, machine à laver, sèche cheveux, machine à café... avec le café offert en plus 👍. un superbe panier avec des fruits et légumes du jardin. possible pour kes enfants de faire du poney. la piscine pour finir se rafraîchir était très bien aussi même si il manque quelque transat quand les logements sont tous plein.

Elena’s flat didn’t disappoint and was the perfect size for the three of us in a great location. We particularly appreciated having two proper bathrooms. The flat gets a lot of sunlight which is really nice. We would stay there again.

I’m a regular guest at Natascia’s apartment, and I must say it truly feels like home. Its strategic location makes it easy to walk to the city center if you're in the mood for a stroll through historic Florence, while still offering a peaceful and quiet place to stay. There are several food stores nearby, so grocery shopping and cooking at home are always convenient, especially if you're staying longer and want to save some money on meals. The apartment offers top-notch amenities: high-speed internet, perfect for remote work; a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher; a washer-dryer; a steam iron; and a smart TV with access to all the popular streaming platforms. The cozy interior, warm lighting, and comfortable sofa and bed add an extra touch of comfort to the whole experience. I’ll definitely be back!

An Airbnb experience like no other We were fortunate enough to book our holiday at Villa Cellaia and what a delightful surprise. The accommodation is designed and finished to a very high standard and so are all the facilities on site. Stefano, Lisa and their lovely boys treated us like us like friends. They were very helpful, informative and went out of their way to advise and suggest about where to go and what to do. Couldn’t have wished for nicer hosts. What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Ho soggiornato in questo B&B e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Le indicazioni fornite dal proprietario per raggiungere la casa sono state precise e semplici da seguire. L'alloggio era confortevole, pulito e ben dotato di tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. Ho apprezzato particolarmente il parcheggio coperto per la moto, un dettaglio non da poco per chi viaggia su due ruote. La presenza della macchinetta del caffè e dell'acqua fresca in frigorifero sono stati un'accoglienza molto gradita. Inoltre, ho trovato comodo avere a disposizione saponi per la doccia e asciugamani puliti. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque cerchi un posto accogliente e ben organizzato.

Estuvimos en el departamento durante un mes completo. Lo sentimos nuestro hogar muy rápidamente. Está perfectamente equipado. Destaco la cocina y todos sus utensilios. La calefacción por radiadores funciona muy bien, aún en días fríos; junto con el doble vidrio, mantiene un ambiente muy confortable en el interior del departamento. La puerta es blindada, lo cual hace sentirte muy seguro. La ubicación está a unos minutos a pie del centro histórico. La zona de la Plaza Libertad nos pareció muy tranquila y menos ruidosa para alojarnos. Muy cómodo el acceso desde el aeropuerto o estación de tren, gracias a la cercanía con el tranvía (a solo 50 metros). La comunicación y amabilidad de Marco fueron inmejorables. Sin dudarlo será nuestro alojamiento en Firenze la próxima vez que visitemos esta hermosa ciudad. Gracias!

This Airbnb was an absolute dream. Perfectly located in the countryside, it offered incredible views of the surrounding vineyards and rolling hills—sunrises and sunsets were simply unforgettable. The property was charming, spotless, and full of character, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were warm and helpful, offering great local tips and making us feel right at home. It was the ideal spot to unwind and experience the beauty of Tuscany. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We had an amazing time at Karin's Villa. From the views to the amazing location; I will recommended to anyone. Will definitely love to comeback sometime. An incredible home, beautifully designed and restored. Rob and Illonka were both friendly, fun, and very caring for us. They came to help us when we had car trouble and always gave us fantastic recommendations for everything from parking lots to wonderful restaurants. The property is beautiful and so peaceful. There are plenty of towns and cities close by to visit, our favorites being Assisi, Gubbio, and Perugia. A car is a must, and this home has cylindrical stairs, so not good for anyone wobbly on their feet.

Aparamento muito amplo. Utensílios muito bons, azeite bom, café sem limites. A anfitriã é muito clara e, acima de tudo, achei uma pessoa muito do bem, que teve a delicadeza de me escrever e sugerir pra não ir longe no dia seguinte, porque havia um alerta de mau tempo pro dia seguinte. Panzano é bem vazia em baixa temporada, vários restaurantes fechados, mas a vista do terraço do apto é linda e a Chiantigiana( SC 222), também. A única dificuldade em relação ao apartamento ( e acho que se aplica mais a brasileiro, porque é diferente daqui), refere-se a um ponto muito bacana da cidade, que é o tratamento do lixo que eles mantém por lá: Toda a região conta com coleta de lixo 100% seletiva, de modo que as coletas são de lixo orgânico dia sim, dia não; e, nos intercalados, recolhe-se num dia em plástico, no outro papel etc. Se no dia da saída vc tiver lixo que nao se recolhe naquele dia, vc tem que levar com vc e achar o local do descarte. Super razoável a regra; conseguimos achar. ☺️

Donata et son mari nous ont accueilli chaleureusement, Donata est très disponible et explique tout ce que l’on peut faire à proximité (parcs, aquarium, monuments) le paysage est magnifique, l’environnement est extrêmement calme, très bel endroit où se ressourcer en famille, plein de jeux de société pour les enfants de tout âge et plein de livres, aussi les jeux extérieurs cabane et toboggan parfait pour les enfants, la piscine est extra (eau salée, chaude et à niveaux) avec le panorama sur Sogliano el Rubicone, logement fonctionnel extrêmement propre avec tout le nécessaire, les salles de bains sont parfaites et bien équipées avec des produits écologiques, nous avons passé un super séjour, merci à Donata et son mari pour l’accueil et leur gentillesse nous recommandons ce b&b parfait pour une famille

Elena’s place was just like the photos, we were welcomed by the a representative from a company that is handling the place. The instructions were clear and the location was amazing (right out of the ZTL area ) . 10-20 minutes walk to most of the attractions at the city. Unfortunately the parking at the premises was under construction so we had to park at a parking garage right across the street for 30 euros per day. The place was clean and artistic however a lot of the statues were a bit creepy in my opinion but I can’t complain since it’s showing in the pictures. Overall all it was a good experience 👍🏼

Incredible place. By far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. We were in such a shock. It’s like we stayed in a Medici palace :) Apartment also super clean, extremely comfortable bed and superb location.

We, a family of three seasoned travelers had tremendous fun. The place, the accommodations, and the location were outstanding. The views from the living room/kitchen were exceptional. I absolutely loved the high ceilings and enjoyed perusing the reading materials placed around the apartment. We would definitely visit again. The host was very responsive. Thanks so much!

Wonderful place with a spectacular view! Perfect location, walking distance to Duomo plaza yet far away from the craziness and the crowds.

The location was outstanding! The apartment was spotless and well-appointed. The only drawback was the noise from the restaurants and bars late at night. Also hallways getting into the apartment were very dark. The hosts were extremely responsive and very helpful! They even arranged our taxis for us.

It's the second time i go to this appartment and it's always a pleasure! It's really well located in the storic center and you have an easy access to everything. The appartment is great, really nice amd clean and have all you need. Natalia is a great host and i highly recommend this place. I surely come back there anytime i come back to Rimini :)
