We had an unforgettable time here - the nature as well as the complex itself are beautiful, a bit rustic with a few renovations, about which Ana can tell a lot. You can spread out on the grounds, have enough privacy if desired and can watch the most beautiful sunsets. The pool between the olive trees is also fantastic. We were able to visit some cities such as Florence and Siena from here, and here Ana had great tips for suitable restaurants. We will be happy to come back!

We spent two nights at Valentina's place. We appreciated her proactive approach before we arrived and she was very responsive to our messages when we had questions. There was a kitchen that was functional, the bathroom was clean and the terrace was the WOW highlight of our stay. We were 4 adults in the accommodation, which is a little tight, but for 2 nights it was perfect. The sofa bed and the bed were very comfortable and we were even able to do our laundry there. The location is perfect, the view from the terrace is breathtaking and we were able to walk to downtown Florence several times and we enjoyed the grocery store a few steps from the accommodation to stock up. We originally planned to stay at Bryan’s place over the weekend just to explore nearby Florence, but the charm of his home completely stole the show. Florence felt like the cherry on top instead of the other way around. Nestled in a huge, lush garden bursting with hundreds of flowers and all kinds of trees, and staying in a cozy apartment that felt like a little museum, we had such a wonderful, memorable experience that left us feeling truly happy. Bryan was not only super friendly and easy to talk to, but also incredibly welcoming and helpful. Next time we’re in Florence or any nearby town, there’s no question - we’ll be coming back here!

A B&B of a different kind: plenty of space to live and sleep, an ingenious terrace with magnificent views of the hills of Florence. Very good restaurants a short distance away. It doesn't always have to be a hotel room. I'd do it again anytime, maybe even at a concert in the Roman amphitheater.

We had a great time, the accommodation is in the heart of Tuscany, in a beautiful landscape! The place is peaceful and the locals are very welcoming! The change of scenery was total! Our host was lovely and very responsive. We'll be happy to go back.

Guilia, Donatella & Antonio were excellent to deal with responding very quickly to any questions. This is the cleanest air b & b I have ever stayed in and very well equipped (lots of coat hangers!!) The view from the patio at the rear of the property is so beautiful and peaceful. All we wanted to do was sit and enjoy the nature. Village centre only 5 minutes by car where there is several restaurants (best to make reservation) of varying price ranges. You can also walk into village. If you cross the main road at the bottom of the track to the air b & b you can walk on a track through the olive trees and come out in the village centre save walking on road). Small but excellent supermarket (closed on Sunday) 10 minute by car. Lots of interesting places to visit nearby. Enjoy your stay.

We really enjoyed our stay to explore the area. All major cities like Florence, Bologna, Lucca are in reach. Also good restaurants and the factory outlet in Barberino are in reach. Thank you for all the good advice.

This place is so beautiful! After a crazy day in Florence it was nice to go back to this peaceful beauty. Laura and her family were so nice and helped us with any questions we had about the area. The house is big too so gave us a little space from the kids for a bit too lol

We visited family in san giovani vdo and wanted to stay nearby. Niccolo’s place was perfect. There was plenty of space for the 3 of us. We loved the outside patio. Beds all comfy-we slept very well. Bottle of wine to greet us was greatly appreciated. Shower good. Very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

We felt very comfortable at Adriana's and the accommodation was very modern, clean and well maintained. The outdoor area with the hot tub was also super nice. The way to the accommodation is a bit narrow and curvy, which can be a bit challenging for inexperienced Italian vacationers, but it is quite feasible.

Where do I start. Words do not express how beautiful this place is. Very very quiet and peaceful. We only spent 3 days. Visited a winery that Bianca setup for us at short notice. We were ill prepared and did not have a car to get around but worked out really well for us. We walked about 15 minutes into town close by and did a little grocery shopping. Bianca is an excellent host. I would definitely recommend this rustic gem. Until next time

We had a wonderful stay at Giovanni’s property! He was very friendly, always available, and responded quickly to any questions we had. The accommodation itself was excellent clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The drive up is a bit mountainous, but definitely worth it for the breathtaking view absolutely priceless! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a lovely package of local goodies, including homemade honey and olive oil, which was a really nice touch. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful retreat.

Accommodation fully matches the photos and listing, very spacious and clean. Peaceful and very pleasant setting. Gianluca and his family are lovely people. We had a lovely stay.

I wanted to visit the area to continue my interest in following the 'Piero della Francesca trail' . It is an ideal location to visit the surrounding towns such as Sansepolcro and Monterchi but Citta di Castello is a very interesting place in itself. The flat was beautifully presented and as many have already said the parking and the terrace made it as close to perfect as can be. The weather allowed me to enjoy my breakfast on the terrace every morning. Within 10 minutes walk of the flat there is the River Tiber Trail which runs alongside the river for about 20 km and is worth a visit.

We absolutely loved this Airbnb! The location was perfect - walkable to everything in Florence. The host was very quick to respond and very polite. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean, modern and great for a group of 6. It is a lot of stairs - this was actually a positive thing for us, as we needed a little exercise to burn off all of the pizza consumption haha. But be prepared that you will need to get your suitcases up / down the stairs. Overall we loved this spot and definitely would book it again!

We cannot speak highly enough of Fabrizio’s accommodations. We made a last-minute booking after deciding to spend a few days in Florence during our journey to Rome. Fabrizio responded promptly and was able to arrange an early check-in for us on short notice. The apartment was spotless, and all amenities exceeded our expectations. Its location was ideal. Should we return to Florence, this would unquestionably be our preferred place to stay each time!

For those who want to be around the center of everything while retaining a peace of mind, I highly recommend Alessandra’s place. A few highlights: 1. Peace and quietness even in the middle of the happening: Florence is becoming a touristy place, but the place sits on the highest floor so you are removed from the noisy streets and overbearing crowds. Yes, you’ll have to walk up the stairs with luggage, but I think it’s totally worth it. 2. Local recommendation and genuine hospitality: Alessandra was super helpful with recommendations, helping us book a taxi on the day of our departure. She also accommodates our travel schedule 3. Unique place with personal touch: we loved the place, from decorations to amenities. Beyond sleeping and showing, we also enjoyed cooking light meals and sitting at the outdoor balcony in the early mornings to listen to the birds
