The apartment was very clean and well-located to visit the surrounding area including San Marino, Gradara and Urbino. Private parking on-site is very useful. You will need a car to access services such as grocery stores. The apartment is small (about 40m) but ok for 2 people. It would be nice to have more pots for cooking.

David was a great communicator and responsive at all times. Location was perfectly situated near the station and an easy walk to most of the tourist attractions. The apartment was spotless and well equipped

Very nice apartment ideal for taking a walk in the historic center of Umbertide, easy to find parking in the surrounding streets. It is located on the top floor of a historic building and contains many small details that make it fascinating. Sabrina is a host who will quickly answer any questions.

It is a lovely apartment and we especially liked the terrace with the overhang so we could could sit outside when it was warm but drizzling. It is a far walk from the center of Florence but a few good cafes and restaurants nearby.

Absolutely magnificent house in a spectacular setting and a wonderful part of Tuscany. Every amenity and clearly their private home which they were sharing with us. We did walk to town, but not everyone would find it walkable. highly recommended..

I had the most amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa in Florence. The location was perfect—peaceful, private, and surrounded by stunning views that took my breath away, especially from the parking area. The villa itself was incredibly cozy and charming—so well maintained and full of character. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. I’d live there if I could! The pool was a dream—relaxing, and the perfect spot to unwind with the Tuscan countryside all around you. Our host, Leonardo, was absolutely fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell he really cares about making guests feel at home. This place was everything I hoped for and more. I would 100% come back again. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful place! We were attending a wedding just down the road and wanted somewhere that was close, meant we could cook for ourselves and wasn’t too expensive. Agriturismo was perfect - there was plenty of parking, the apartment itself was spotless and exactly as described, super comfy beds and the view of the pool was amazing. We’re considering coming back for a family holiday!

A stone's throw from beautiful Sienne, ground floor of a pleasant and spacious villa. Large spaces, beautiful bathrooms. Super general equipment (wine cellar!) but no cups or mugs. No oil or condiments (salt). Very unfortunate especially in view of the overall service. On the other hand, coffee capsules in sufficient numbers. Almost perfect then!

We were greeted super warmly by Lorenzo's Mama Alba. The apartment even exceeded their pictures. Really very very nice and so comfortable. Has everything you need. Wonderful location and sensational atmosphere. Lorenzo's numerous tips were all gold value and we were able to enjoy Tuscan cuisine every day. The small town of Anghiari is fantastic, a really beautiful place in the middle of Tuscany. Everything worked out great, from the communication with Lorenzo to the " daily care" by Alba. The house is large new and clean, large living room, two bedrooms, good bathroom and practically furnished kitchen. Actually better than description. Host is helpful and kind. Thera are many attractions around, within 10-30 mins drive. Not walking friendly place but quiet and peaceful. Has large garden and terrace.

It was a great stay, the apartment was clean, large and comfortable, looks exactly like on the photos. Stunning view from the terrace. Location is also great: not so far from the Santa Maria del Fiore, we walked there and it took 20-25 mins. The host was very friendly and responsive. We didn’t face any problems during our stay. Highly recommended

Very nice and tastefully decorated apartment. It has a terrace, a plus. The neighborhood is very quiet. 3 minutes from the tram to Florence city center. It's very convenient. We also enjoyed the closed garage for the car and the organic store next door. Finally, Daniela was super responsive in all our messages.

Antonio’s place is great, it’s very comfortable and the view from the terrace is unbelievable.

Great apartment to stay in if you want to explore Florence - everything is maximum a 15 minute walk away. Alessandra was a great host and super responsive when we needed anything.

I booked it for my parents, the location was good and the flat is great. the only thing to note that it is on the third floor with no lift and for an older couple, it might be challenging to get luggage up and down.

Panzano is a beautiful village and Kristen appartment is perfect to spend a couple of days exploring the surroundings.
