Vacation rentals with a patio in Verghereto

Die Wohnung war wirklich toll. Schön geräumig, tolle Lage und es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte, sogar eine Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler, top! Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Super war auch, dass ein Tiefgaragenparkplatz vorhanden war. Die Kommunikation mit Ewa war auch hervorragend. Wenn wir nochmal nach Rimini kommen würden, würde ich die Wohnung nochmal nehmen. Wirklich super und sehr zu empfehlen!

Abbiamo trascorso 2 notti davvero splendidi nel Luxury appartamento di Claudia e Alessandro a Riccione. La casa è esattamente come nelle foto: moderna, pulitissima e curata in ogni dettaglio. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere sia il mare che il centro, ma al tempo stesso tranquilla per riposare bene la notte. Claudia e Alessandro sono stati host eccezionali, disponibili e attenti a ogni richiesta. Ci hanno dato ottimi consigli su ristoranti e spiagge e hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chi cerca comfort, eleganza e un’accoglienza calorosa. Torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo soggiornato per quattro giorni in cinque amici. L'appartamento è davvero grazioso, pulito, curato e c'è tutto quello che serve. Esattamente come nelle foto e nella descrizione. Sì trova in una stradina stretta dove praticamente non passano macchine il che contribuisce alla tranquillità del soggiorno ma, contemporaneamente, è vicino al mare (100 metri) e a tutti i servizi, facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Il nostro soggiorno seppur breve è stato davvero piacevole. Un ringraziamento specialmente all'host Marco per la gentilezza e prontezza nel rispondere. Raccomando vivamente. Giorgia.

Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit hier - die Natur sowie die Anlage selbst sind wunderschön, etwas rustikal mit ein paar Erneuerungen, über die Ana viel erzählen kann. Man kann sich auf dem Gelände super verteilen, hat genug Privatsphäre falls erwünscht und kann die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Auch der Pool zwischen den Olivenbäumen ist traumhaft. Wir konnten von hier aus einige Städte wie Florenz und Siena besuchen, auch hier hatte Ana super Tipps für geeignete Restaurants parat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fiquei um pouco mais de um mês e foi uma ótima estadia! Mercado 7 min a pé, ponto de ônibus perto, centro da cidade uma boa caminhada de 45 min. Apartamento igual das fotos, anfitriã Elisa sempre respondia com prontidão. Só tive problema com o freezer que eu tinha que descongelar pois produzia muito gelo e com geladeira que abaixava a temperatura sozinha e como eu guardava insulina ficava preocupada, mas já avisei a anfitriã e com certeza ela verificará. Uma boa estadia para quem prefere ficar fora do centro turístico.

We originally planned to stay at Bryan’s place over the weekend just to explore nearby Florence, but the charm of his home completely stole the show. Florence felt like the cherry on top instead of the other way around. Nestled in a huge, lush garden bursting with hundreds of flowers and all kinds of trees, and staying in a cozy apartment that felt like a little museum, we had such a wonderful, memorable experience that left us feeling truly happy. Bryan was not only super friendly and easy to talk to, but also incredibly welcoming and helpful. Next time we’re in Florence or any nearby town, there’s no question - we’ll be coming back here!

Ein B&B der anderen Art: viel Platz zum Wohnen und Schlafen, eine geniale Terrasse mit grandiosem Blick in die Hügel von Florenz. Sehr gute Restaurants in kurzer Distanz. Es muss nicht immer nur ein Hotelzimmer sein. Jederzeit wieder, vielleicht wieder zu einem Konzert im römischen Amphitheater.

Guilia, Donatella & Antonio were excellent to deal with responding very quickly to any questions. This is the cleanest air b & b I have ever stayed in and very well equipped (lots of coat hangers!!) The view from the patio at the rear of the property is so beautiful and peaceful. All we wanted to do was sit and enjoy the nature. Village centre only 5 minutes by car where there is several restaurants (best to make reservation) of varying price ranges. You can also walk into village. If you cross the main road at the bottom of the track to the air b & b you can walk on a track through the olive trees and come out in the village centre save walking on road). Small but excellent supermarket (closed on Sunday) 10 minute by car. Lots of interesting places to visit nearby. Enjoy your stay.

We had a lovely stay here. The location was perfect—exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful, quiet, surrounded by nature, with classic rustic, yet elegant furnishings. The villa is gorgeous with attention to design & detail. For 6 women, it was perfect for us each to have our own bedroom and space to relax. Each room had its own unique view and touch. There are also plenty of common spaces throughout the house for connecting together. The kitchen is large enough and fully equipped for plenty of great meals to be prepared and enjoyed together. The dining room is nice to enjoy a more elegant meal. The outdoor spaces are beautiful. We used the outdoor terrace for watching the sunset, enjoying brunch, and making pizzas. The washing machine and dryer are easy to use. The pool area is beautiful and there are plenty of outdoor spaces to go for a walk and enjoy the surrounding nature. The hospitality was unmatched from Tristan & Angela. I will absolutely book again and hope to return soon!

This place is so beautiful! After a crazy day in Florence it was nice to go back to this peaceful beauty. Laura and her family were so nice and helped us with any questions we had about the area. The house is big too so gave us a little space from the kids for a bit too lol

Wir hatten einen wirklich wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Tamara und Niccolò – vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die beiden sind unglaublich herzliche, aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, immer gut erreichbar und voller großartiger Tipps zur Umgebung. Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass sie ohne Aufpreis unsere Wäsche gewaschen haben – eine wirklich nette und unerwartete Geste. Außerdem warteten zur Begrüßung kostenlose Snacks und Getränke auf uns – ein liebevolles Detail, das sofort für eine angenehme Atmosphäre gesorgt hat. Tamara und Niccolò haben uns tolle Empfehlungen gegeben: schöne Ausflugsziele in der Nähe, eine zuverlässige Scooter-Vermietung und sogar eine Weinverkostung, die zu den Highlights unserer Reise zählte. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, wie viel Wert sie auf das Wohl ihrer Gäste legen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolut empfehlenswert!

magnifique maison avec un immense jardin privé. confortable, calme, extrêmement bien. décoré, grandes chambres et hyper spacieux. la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Stafania et ses proches sont un atout, comme à la maison même en mieux !

Wir haben uns bei Adriana sehr wohl gefühlt und die Unterkunft war sehr modern, sauber und gepflegt. Auch der Außenbereich mit dem Whirlpool war super schön. Der Weg hin zur Unterkunft ist etwas eng und kurvig, was für nicht geübte Italien Urlauber etwas herausfordernd sein kann, aber durchaus machbar ist.

We had a wonderful stay at Giovanni’s property! He was very friendly, always available, and responded quickly to any questions we had. The accommodation itself was excellent clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The drive up is a bit mountainous, but definitely worth it for the breathtaking view absolutely priceless! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a lovely package of local goodies, including homemade honey and olive oil, which was a really nice touch. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful retreat.

Logement tout à fait conforme aux photos et à l'annonce, très spacieux et propre. Cadre paisible et très agréable. Gianluca et sa famille sont des gens charmants. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

I wanted to visit the area to continue my interest in following the 'Piero della Francesca trail' . It is an ideal location to visit the surrounding towns such as Sansepolcro and Monterchi but Citta di Castello is a very interesting place in itself. The flat was beautifully presented and as many have already said the parking and the terrace made it as close to perfect as can be. The weather allowed me to enjoy my breakfast on the terrace every morning. Within 10 minutes walk of the flat there is the River Tiber Trail which runs alongside the river for about 20 km and is worth a visit.

Die Unterkunft und vor allem der Garten war wunderschön und die Aussicht atemberaubend. Sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Die Kommunikation lief einfach und Antonella war sehr freundlich. Es verlief alles reibungslos.

upon entering the property Luna was amazing. she provided us snacks/wine and even recommendations on where to go. she also is a bartender so she provided us an aperitivo one night with a ton of snacks. overall the place was amazing, we got there on a rainy day and looking at the hills surrounding us were magical. only thing for improvement is the soundproofing, we ended up getting some really loud guests next to us that would love to blast Bachata music, woke me and the wife up at 4:30 in the morning. had to go over and knock on the door. even when they watched movies they had it on super loud. as side from that, I would definitely go back. felt really peaceful and the grounds are very well kept.

Es hat uns super gut auf dem wunderschönen Hof gefallen! Es ist super ruhig, der Pool ein toller Ort um zu entspannen und die Lage wunderschön um Touren im Nationalpark zu machen. Lieben Dank!

Appartamento incantevole, host super attivo e nessun problema riscontrato. Location perfetta, si ci sposta a piedi facilmente, parcheggio a 5 minuti coperto a pagamento, tariffa giornaliera 12€ Consigliatissimo !!!

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti nella casetta molto accogliente di Elena. Curata, pulita e con un bellissimo gusto per l'arredamento. C'era anche uno spazio esterno di cui non abbiamo potuto godere a causa del tempo incerto. Per il check in abbiamo comunicato con la madre, anche lei molto carina e disponibile. Zona tranquilla vicina al centro con facilità di parcheggio, abbiamo apprezzato tanto il fantastico silenzio. Qualora tornassimo ad Arezzo, ci piacerebbe tornare qui!
