We had a great time at this house, ideal for a dinner with friends. The space is pleasant, well-maintained, and very well-equipped for hosting. The warm atmosphere and the outdoor setting are a real plus! Small downside to note: the noise detector outside is a little sensitive, it sometimes triggers even when you simply talk on the garden furniture or play basketball. Nothing prohibitive, but keep in mind if you plan to enjoy the outdoors. Overall a very good experience that we gladly recommend!

Everything in the apartment was wonderful. We had everything that we needed. Apartment was a lot bigger than what we anticipated. Amandine was responsive and helpful.

Alexandra and Cyrille offer a studio in perfect condition of finish and decoration. Everything is thought of in detail to make the stay light and as pleasant as possible. Nothing is left to chance and we enjoyed this attention to detail. The accommodation is perfectly clean, quiet and we had a visit from the very friendly cat. My wife and I had a lovely week in Tours and used François apartment as a base to explore the Loire valley and visit its many Chateau’s. The apartment is exceptionally well kept and fully equipped and is located in an ideal spot to explore the city on foot. The included underground car parking is very secure and the apartment is then easily accesible by lift. Highly recommended.

We had a great time at Stéphanie and Nicolas's. The apartment is cozy and quiet, great location for visiting Tours without needing to take the car. We were warmly welcomed by Nicolas who took the time to advise us on the different monuments to visit and the restaurants nearby.
