The beds are made on arrival, you must take your towels. A place of great calm, the exceptional view offers a panorama of the mountain of Céuze and the lake of Pelleautier. Less than 10 km from Gap, you are at the immediate start of outdoor sports: skiing, paragliding, hiking ... A swimming area is accessible 500 meters away.

Welcome! 👋 🌸 Sweety stone house on 2 levels; with 1 garden and 2 sunny and equipped terraces. The house is located in the countryside, at the foot of the protected Crussol massif. You will undoubtedly appreciate the hiking/mountain biking trails, climbing site, guided walks departing from the castle... all within walking distance. The house also proves to be a good base for discovering our vineyards (3 AOC St Peray, Cornas, St Joseph) and our culinary specialties!

Delightful little Provencal farmhouse with private pool, very quiet in a hamlet in Drôme Provençale 10 km from Grignan. Overlooking vineyards and a beautifully landscaped garden, this fully restored and air-conditioned old mill is composed of: - On the ground floor: entrance to living room, open kitchen, back kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom - On the 1st: a second bedroom and a second bathroom. Hi , New house (15 minutes from Valence – 10 minutes from the highway exit) 70 m² wood frame on a plot of about 700 m² in a space not overlooked in the middle of nature with dominant views of the Rhône Valley, Vercors, the Plaine de Valence and the medieval village of Charmes-sur-Rhône. The accommodation consists of a large 37 m² living room with bay windows and opens onto a covered terrace. All shops are nearby and within walking distance.

A quiet cottage surrounded by fields and a few scattered dwellings. The view is beautiful over the valley, the starry sky, beautiful in all seasons, the field, vast and fenced, welcomes your pets; it is shared with our house (even if everyone has their own outdoor space). We accept 4 people but it is ideal for 2 (or couple with children). Go on your way if you're looking for perfection; it's just warm and well-equipped but not perfect!
