Pretty and comfortable house as described, we were hosted very well by Laurent as well as the people who take care of the maintenance. The house is largely sized for our family of two parents + 4 teenagers, everyone found their place easily. Laurent takes particular care of the comfort and well-being of his tenants and everyone is very friendly! The small center a few minutes drive away (15 min walk for the brave ones) offers all the necessary food shops, the municipal beach is certainly paid but is great (diving board, supervised swimming, refreshment, cleanliness) and obviously the surroundings offer many opportunities for visits, activities and hikes easy and less easy.

We had a pleasant stay of 3 days with my spouse and our son The accommodation is impeccable and comfortable. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The hot tub was great too . Feel free to book if you are looking for a pied à terre around Valencia

It is a unique place, beautifully situated among the mountains, far from the inhabited world. So many stars appear in the evenings. The lac du sautet is a few minutes walk down. And that more is so quiet, so clean, so pure, so beautiful. Wonderful swimming and canoeing (you can just borrow it). We have made beautiful walks. Franck and Helene are hardworking very friendly owners, who are always ready for you. What you have to keep in mind (small detail) is that the 2-person gite is located above the (sometimes somewhat noisy) inn.

Very pleasant stay in this pretty house with stunning views. The house is quiet, very charming, tastefully arranged and well-equipped. This is one of the cleanest Airbnb homes I've ever seen. Plus, our dog was well accepted, so, great. Camille is welcoming and responsive as needed. I recommend it with my eyes closed:-)

Short family stay with teenagers and grandparents in an impeccable country house, very well maintained, nestled in the heart of a haven of peace and greenery. The house and exteriors are very well equipped, there is enough to occupy young and old. Paul informed us very well in advance of our arrival, and Charlene welcomed us very kindly and efficiently. Julien very nice . Clean functional accommodation where you feel good. Ideal for a family of 3 people, dog accepted a plus. Walled garden with a breathtaking view of the mountain. Peaceful village, animals: nearby horse donkey ideal for children, number of hiking walks to do , Annecy 45 min away , la clusaz resort 45 min away for skiing or mandigod. Sambuy resort closed since 2023 but ski touring possible or walks , faverges market on Wednesday mornings to do . highly recommended accommodation +++

Exellent stay in this perfectly located cottage, near the main axes but also nature trails (Château de Crussols). We'll be back without a second thought!

The house is located in a very beautiful unspoiled and quiet environment, at the same time as close to Chambéry / Challes les Eaux. We enjoyed the garden, the indoor and outdoor space, without immediate neighbors or opposite, and the authenticity of this old building with all the comforts needed for a few days of vacation. The instructions given by Gaétan were clear, with indications of the surrounding activities, markets and shops.

Very welcoming home, very well maintained, very good bedding, everything is well thought out nothing is left to chance. Interior and exterior were great. We spent a weekend with the children and grandchildren (9) to celebrate my retirement. Young and old were delighted. I recommend this house for its calm and location by the water. Thank you.

A beautiful place in a hamlet. Beautiful walks nearby. Total change of scenery for our short stay in a white area. Myriam's welcome is very warm in this timeless place in the middle of Paulette's business.

The host is super nice. The location right by the nature reserve is super quiet and the garden is huge. The empty gas bottle for the grill was immediately replaced by a full one on the same day, so the planned barbecue evening didn't have to go out. The 2 weeks were wonderful. For early swimming, you can walk 10 minutes from the inn through the nature reserve to the lake. Or you can take the bike. Overall, we were very satisfied. Pure nature, mountain walks and delicious food. Relax here at Lake Annecy.

A great relaxing stay in Michel's charming house, nestled in nature facing the mountains. Michel was not there but he is very responsive and his instructions are very accurate. I would highly recommend it

We had a great time at Natalie's place, it fully met our expectations. It was functional and very well-equipped (shower gel, towels, bed linens, iron...). The instructions were clear, the lockbox is very convenient and allows autonomy for our arrival and departure. Natalie was very responsive when we had any questions. I definitely recommend staying. Very well-equipped functional house, ideal for recharging and spending relaxing days in the wooded park with private access to the small river. Quiet and secluded place to stay near pretty villages and a multitude of starting points for hiking and mountain biking of all beauties. Catherine and her husband are charming hosts and very welcoming.

We had a great time at Ludovic's place. The accommodation is very well-equipped, nicely decorated and ideally located near the lake. Ludovic was very available to answer our questions and ensure we had a pleasant stay. We would recommend it in a second and hope to return one day!

We spent several wonderful days in this house and were delighted by its size and seclusion. The surroundings offer breathtaking views, with restaurants and a ski slope just a few minutes' drive away. The house is located in a very quiet village where you won’t have any neighbors. It’s equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and is very spacious. Be prepared that mobile phone reception can occasionally be spotty, and there might be temporary power outages. During those times, the beautiful fireplace was our lifesaver. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and relaxing getaway!
