The place is beautiful, peaceful and warm. We were very well received by the owners, the hot tub was hot upon arrival. The interior of the lodge is beautiful and very clean. We are pleased with our getaway.

Our family Christmas in Gruffy was simply amazing in this beautiful dream home 20min from Annecy. Comfortably slept the group of 8, and was so nicely setup with loads of amenities. The gym, spa and sauna were a real bonus Nicolas was an exceptional host, giving us loads of recommendations before our arrival, and left the house setup magically for Xmas. He even arranged for it to snow heavily for us on the night we arrived, so our kids experienced their first white Christmas! Nicolas even drove 5 hrs through the night to help us with a minor technical issue that could have waited, but he insisted on getting to us ASAP to help. Legend.

Cozy and complete cottage in a lovely place close to nature. Nice private garden. Close to the lake and the paragliding landing of Doussard. Camping supermarket is handy.

Great experience in beautiful nature. Marine seemed uncomplicated to us and was very friendly. The accommodation is simply furnished but totally cozy. We will be happy to come back when we are in the area.

Amazing, quiet and relaxing location. Our hosts were accommodating and available for absolutely everything, they are very attentive. The accommodation is very comfortable and enjoys a beautiful landscape, the neighboring hens make very good eggs, ideal for relaxing and resting. We'll be back for sure!

Beautiful stay in Elizabeth's chalet for a family and sports weekend by Lake Annecy!! The cottage is comfortable and everything is done to have a pleasant time, the kitchen is very well equipped, the cottage is very well maintained and the landscapes of Doussard are magnificent 🤩 Whether you're a fan of relaxation or sports, everything is here for you in a splendid setting by Lake Annecy!!!

We had a lovely, quiet stay, very well renovated and tastefully decorated chalet. Very cozy accommodation. Comfortable bedding and large shower, very appreciable. Restaurant and bakery 2 steps away, that's cool Activities nearby such as Walibi and Domaine des Fauves Recommended +++

We had a great time in this little love nest, very clean, very quiet, with large terrace, at a good distance from other homes. Great views of snow-capped mountains and electric green meadows. A great starting point for hikes. The discreet presence of the little donkeys and the horse and the "lama" delighted us. Thanks to Sophie, very friendly and efficient, who left us some very much appreciated small welcome gifts. Full success to this new place

Marie-France's wooden cabin is fabulous. Everything is there to have a good time away from it all, the cabin is beautiful, the view wonderful. It's perfect for enjoying nature and resting. The interior of the house is just as relaxing and cozy as the exterior. Marie-France is a responsive, kind and caring host. Her furry sidekick Raka is a sweetheart. I'd recommend it without a second thought

I had an amazing stay at Stephan and Alice’s chalet. The view on La Tournette was gorgeous and there are great hikes to do in the area. I will definitely come back!

A real little piece of heaven. Very pleasant spring stay in this lovely, very successful and very smart chalet. Everything you need to spend a few days is there, you feel perfectly good there. The living room windows provide a view across the landscape, you can be "inside outside" as you wish. The views are beautiful, you can't get enough of it. Only small downside on weekends, windows open or on the terrace: the sound of traffic from the road below is quite audible and disturbs this haven of tranquility a little. On the other hand, no more noise during the vacation week, and the diving board terrace on the site is a delight. Thanks also for the welcome, breakfast, and flexibility on checkout :) We'll be happy to go back!
