Well located accommodation in a small country village 20 minutes from Annecy, 30 minutes from Lake Bourget, 10 minutes from the Fier Gorges and Clermont Castle. Hiking trails available nearby. Independent entrance on the ground floor in the hall of the house. Small private room without balcony with shower, sinks, toilet and very good bedding. Very welcoming couple and nice breakfast served on the terrace. Great value for money.

Sylvie and Philippe are very welcoming hosts. Everything is done to make you feel at home. I really enjoyed my stopover and our discussions. The place is quiet and relaxing and the surrounding nature is really beautiful. I highly recommend this quiet and rejuvenating accommodation.

Very warm hosting by Magali. A nice meeting, very pleasant exchanges and beautiful moments of sharing (also with Olivier, Magali's partner). Magali is very available and very attentive to allow us to have a great stay. She also has very good advice for sightseeing and restaurants. The top floor which consists of a very large room (with a sofa bed, armchairs, a hammock), a beautiful bedroom and a shower room with toilet is entirely reserved for us. Character house in the heart of this small village on the banks of La Bourne. A great weekend at Magali's, I highly recommend it. An excellent reason to choose a homestay room rather than a hotel. Great stay at Caroline's who hosted us superbly, gave us good restaurant recommendations, suggested ideas for visits and prepared delicious breakfasts. We felt like family.

After a long trip we arrived at this lovely place. It is far outside the built-up area, in the middle of beautiful nature to relax and unwind. We were met by grandma, who made our stay very pleasant afterwards. Lovely breakfast every morning with fresh honey and jam. Furthermore, the house also offers a lovely swimming pool, a private kitchen with all amenities and gigantic garden. We had a stopover of a few days with Julien, Caroline and grandma, but we would have liked to stay longer. All in all, thank you for a pleasant stay and hopefully see you soon!

Laure is a very welcoming host, taking great care of her guests. The evening meal is very good, with fresh, local produce. The environment is very clamorous. The bedding is extremely good. And there is a beautiful swimming pool for those who want to enjoy it.

Very warm hostess. The food was excellent. We were allowed to charge our bikes in the garage and store them safely. We drove up from Via Rhona to Lhuis and it was definitely worth it. Very nice village and an interesting host house, an oasis. We would book again in a heartbeat.

We stayed at Ruta and Olivier's for 3 nights. It was a bit of a search for the location, but their telephone help was great. The welcome was warm, it felt like coming home. The accommodation was clean, tidy and the hospitality unparalleled. We made friends with the two nice neighborhood dogs! Our breakfast was served at a perfect time for us. For our neighbors, who also had a room and did the Alpe d'Zes, breakfast was ready at 2:30, so sweet, special and enormously hospitable! Ruta and Olivier are an example for others; the world could do with more people like them!

Morgann is very thoughtful and welcoming. The place is nice, clean and quiet, perfect for relaxing. I recommend it without hesitating and will be happy to come back!

I just had a fantastic week-long stay. Andy and Simone are very welcoming and caring hosts. The room is very nice with all the comforts you need. This large unoverlooked terrace is lovely. The summer kitchen is very well equipped and overlooks a beautiful garden. Everything is great! Can't wait to come back.
