Whimsical cabin in the woods! This tiny house is 288 square feet on one floor. It has a queen size murphy "bed in a box." It boasts a full size bathroom and kitchen. Like many rural tiny homes, the unit is equipped with a composting toilet. As an option there is also a portable toilet adjacent to the cabin. Nestled in the foothills of the Tillamook Forest, the cabin is on a beautifully forested property with gardens, decks, trails, etc. A private drive & ample parking round out the amenities.

Studio in Wine Country

Originally built in 1912, our home was remodeled in the 1930's and again recently . Our farmhouse is in a quiet rural setting. Public transportation is not available. Wineries, the city of Forest Grove and Pacific University are with in a few minutes drive. It is 50 minutes to the beach and 30 minutes to Portland. The studio is located in the basement of our home and has a private entrance. The accommodations include a queen bed, a twin hide-a-bed, sitting area, studio kitchen and full bath.

It is 5 minutes away from downtown Hillsboro, and 8 minutes from the Hillsboro airport. Kaiser and Intel are about 10 minutes away as well! Disclaimer: This property is right by a railroad crossing. There is no central AC, but there is a standalone AC unit in the masterbedroom. It does get very warm during the summer months.
