We had such a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our family, and the highlight for all of us—especially the kids—was the pool. They spent hours swimming and playing, and it was such a relaxing space for the adults too. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Adam was incredibly responsive and kind—any time we had a question or needed something, they got back to us right away and were super helpful. That made a big difference and made us feel really taken care of. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a fun and easy getaway. We’d love to come back again!

Nili is a superb hostess. We have what we needed in the house. The house was immaculately clean. Celebrated my son’s graduation and my visitors have high regards on how the place looks and the area was in a nice location. Stayed for 3 days and no problem was encountered.

We have been coming annually to this house and we have so much fun! Everything is so clean and just such a great stay! Would recommend and stay again!

Me and my family stayed here for the weekend and it was so beautiful. The house was so clean and they provided us coffee. There was a pool that we got to enjoy. The house itself is so beautiful and it’s very close to the beach. We loved everything about it. We wish we could’ve stayed longer definitely coming back.

The farm is beautiful--blooming flowers, view of the valley and ocean, avocado orchards to wander in. It was perfect for our family with the pool for the the kids, lots of open space to run around in, and close to the beach. The house was well stocked with games and puzzles. Wonderful home - had plenty of space, comfortable furnishings, outside lounge areas, and lovely backyard with pool and gardens. It was a fantastic place for our weekend getaway with two other couples. Thank you, Bonnie!! You were a great hostess!

My mom, sister and I stayed at Kelly's place while visiting family in Ventura. The house is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. We took full advantage of the huge sunroom and enjoyed the evenings outside--which were the typical slightly chilly oceanside climate--with the easy-to-use gas firepit. The beds were super comfortable too. Kelly truly thought of everything. The bathrooms had extra hair-ties, tampons, and other things you always forget. The kitchen had plenty of salt and spices. Although we didn't use them, we were charmed by the beach bags ready to go with sunscreen and disposable beach slippers. And Kelly was immediately responsive when I couldn't locate the iron at first. We did have a worry that the listing was playing down the train that is very close to the house, but it goes by so fast, doesn't blow the horn, and doesn't run late at night, so it became honestly kind of an exciting and very charming part of the stay. I highly recommend Kelly's place!

We had a wonderful time staying here as our base location while visiting the Channel Islands National Park. The home itself is beautiful, well appointed, and in a great location minutes from everything we needed. It was also a great place to come back to after long days out and about. We highly recommend this home for any stay in Ventura!

This house was seriously SO SPECTACULAR! We just came for my sister's bachelorette get away and it was so awesome. It was just as the pictures described it and had all the good vibes and all the supplies. Even from the driveway, you could have your feet in the sand- for a Holiday weekend, the beach still felt very private and quiet. Grocery store less than 5 mins away, great coffee shops, fun restaurants, all the things!

Great place to stay very simple but have all the necessities you need. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Also very close to beach. Definitely stay again.

Amazing location with amenities around. Great spot for walking and the beach is very close. Private fenced yard. Great stay for 2-4 people. Keep in mind driveway fits 1 1/2 cars. Garage is storage. Definitely going to stay again. Dog Friendly 👍

This place is a comfortable oasis surrounded by beautiful gardens and a generous outdoor patio. Inside felt like a real home, uncluttered but with nice furniture and decor, and a fully stocked kitchen, including an electric water kettle and Keurig. The bathroom had plenty of shelving and hooks for towels. There's AC/heat in the bedroom and living room. The neighborhood is really quiet, but in a good location. The front door has a lockable screen if you want to get airflow, and it's several steps up from ground level (in case that's an issue for you). The drive to San Buenaventura State Beach, downtown, and the historic Mission District is about 10 minutes. About 5 minutes to the 101. Would definitely stay here again!

Great little place!

We stayed at Louis’s for a week. We wanted to be close to the point break to surf and it was easy to arrive there. The house had everything we needed - including little desks for working which was great. The backyard is nice to have. We were also able to get to Ojai real quickly from the house which was great as well. Currently trying to figure out with Louis if he can get my knifes and a scarf I left at the house sent over to me. He’s been super helpful. Thank you for having us

We had a lovely stay at Courtney and Jon's place! It was the perfect spot for our family. Just a short drive to the beach and restaurants in downtown Ventura, and the backyard was a peaceful spot to lounge and play with our toddler. We especially appreciated the touches for families: a select of great books and toys really helped keep our kiddo entertained without us needing to bring so much of our own stuff from home. When we ran out of toilet paper on the last day and couldn't find any spares, Jon had some dropped off on the porch for us within the half hour. Very responsive and considerate hosts. Would definitely stay here again!

A near perfect stay for a family! With access to the beach and cute little books and toys-- an inspiring interior and a chefs kitchen it was just such an awesome stay! Also the beds are SOOOOO comfortable with quality linens and pillows memory foam on even the kids beds-- dimmers everywhere-- chargers! The whole 9 yards. We would gladly book again and recommend this place!

I've stayed at this AirBandB several times and plan to return. The house is beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. Everything is in good working order. The beds are comfy. There is everything that you need to cook or bake. I especially enjoyed the midcentury modern sleek decorating style. Thanks Bob!

Spectacular. Almost intellectual in its cultured ambience, with its high, uplifting beamed ceilings and the glass wall of light drawing focus to the inspirational view of the coastline, the sea with the channel island of Santa Cruz breaking up the horizon, and the sky. You can hear the waves at night above the peacefulness. The owner’s culinary sophistication is evident. Artful dishware, good cookware. The next time I go (and I definitely plan to!) I will use the rice cooker and prepare a meal. The best stocked pantry I have seen. We enjoyed the vinyl albums and turntable. We were comfortable with the tasteful furniture and bedding. We admired the light fixtures, houseplants, and interesting art and literature that surround you. Exquisite.

The property was amazing and very accommodating for our adult son who is in a wheelchair. Other than navigating a few steps to get into the house everything was ADA friendly including a roll in accessible shower in the master suite. The grandkids loved the backyard with plenty to do. Mark’s place was very nice. He responded very quickly when I texted him with a question. The location was great for us. Didn’t have to drive far to all the places we wanted to go to. We had a wonderful weekend trip in Ventura!
