We had a great time at the property. Shloka was incredibly kind, helpful, and eager to explain everything about the area. The house was very clean, well-organized, and comfortable, with a stunning view that made the stay even more special. Highly recommended!

Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

What can I say about this slice of heaven? The view was the best I’ve seen. The little pool was perfect, the big outdoor table and bbq so inviting to use. Comfy beds, huge kitchen, clean bathroom. Just what me and my friend needed for a week’s holiday! A bit of a walk up a hill so be mindful of that. Easy to get there - ferry from Naples, then the no. 6 bus to Nik Bar (€14 for a week pass). 20 mins walk up to Trattoria Il Focolare (featured on Stanley Tucci’s programme) and 20 min walk down to Tenuta del Cannavale for a natural wine tasting. Our stay in this beautiful family home was particularly nice . The location of this rental offers a beautiful view of the Bay of Formia/Gaeta. The beautiful and large garden with Mediterranean colors, the pool, the calm of this place allow you to relax well. The gastronomy of Italian cuisine is featured in nearby towns and tours of Naples, Pompeii… complete this Italian holiday. Not to mention Loredana's very warm welcome, always ready to be of service.

We had a great time despite the fickle weather. Francesco welcomed us very warmly and informed us of all the places to visit. He was super and caring. We went to Ischia the week before Easter and so the property was still in preparation for the season and the pool was closed because the water was too cold for the period. The apartment offers a beautiful view on the port of Ischia and met our expectations. Just like the really beautiful communal terrace and offering a great view of Ischia. Small downside however, it would really be necessary to renovate the showers and especially the knobs. There was no pressure and when you are five people, it's a bit complicated and long. Similarly, a little more supply in the kitchen would be welcome like tea towels for example.

We had a wonderful stay in Ischia. The property was very unique and had amazing views. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer. The pool was so refreshing after exploring all day. Prices on the island are very reasonable and I would suggest adding to your itinerary.

Perfect villa for up to 4 people. There were two of us and we had plenty of space. Beautiful garden, garden table + chairs, sun loungers and sunbeds, sun/shade: great! Well equipped kitchen. Bathroom is a bit small and a little dated, but everything works fine. Great host who responds quickly and helps directly with all questions. In short: excellent accommodation for visiting Gaeta, Sperlonga and beach!!

Very pleasant and relaxing stay at the Fauno with excellent hospitality from the host Gabriella and Francesco who organized a beautiful day for us on the boat with lunch and swimming. The house is cozy and equipped with everything you need; strategic with respect to shuttle bus, supermarkets, restaurants and beaches. We'd love to come back.

The vacation home is very quiet in a narrow alley above Lacco Ameno. There is a terrace and garden. The father checked in, he lives across the street and is an extremely friendly gentleman. Thanks for the nice welcome! The house is nicely decorated and relatively well equipped. The mattresses are of the very hard kind. For showering, you have to descend one meter into the large bathtub. My wife had big problems with it after an operation on the hip. Before arriving, you should know that there is no hair dryer and no large towels for showering. Overall, we felt quite comfortable in Andreina's house and are happy to recommend it.

We had a great time at Giusi's place! The views over Ischia from the terrasse and garden are truly astonishing and there is ample space to sit and relax, especially in the very large garden. The kitchen is also good for cooking for a group. We were doing a "workacation" there and the place was very suitable to this. You can also be quickly to Forio or Sant'Angelo with a car ; several hiking trails start from the village Serrara Fontana. Although we didn't use it, it seemed well linked to the bus system as well. Finally, Guisi was very nice, reactive and helpful when we had questions or issues, and gave us great advice. We would really recommend this place!

experience nothing short of perfect, welcoming home, clean and with all the necessary comforts! Thoughtful host, kind and always present but never intrusive! I highly recommend it, in fact I hope to return soon even if only for a weekend!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We particularly remember the magnificent view with unobstructed views of the sea, the soothing tranquility and the ideal location. The small cottage is a cozy retreat for relaxing days and a good starting point for excursions. Pierfrancesco also gave us valuable tips for culinary experiences. The apartment is well equipped; however, there was a small problem with the boiler during our stay. Pierfrancesco took care of it quickly and easily and offered a great solution so that we could enjoy our stay without restrictions. Thank you Pierfrancesco!

The house and garden are a dream. Everything is very well maintained, clean and equipped with everything you need for a beach vacation. Located directly on the sea with a beautiful and clean beach. The kids also used the hammock and loungers by the house. Cozy dining on the veranda and the barbecue area were further highlights. We highly recommend this house!

It was a perfect and relaxing weekend! Clean and cozy house, the garden then totally fenced and well-kept allowed our labrador to run and play in absolute safety. Mrs. Graziella was very kind right away. Definitely a place to come back.

THANK YOU ANNA! Sant’Angelo is a lovely location, a little village on its own within Ischia Island. There is a small but authentic fishing fleet, but be warned - this is definitely a summer town only. We were a bit shocked the first afternoon we moved in - not a shop or cafe open! Fortunately Anna had been soooo generous- there was a bottle of Prosecco, eggs, strawberries, tomatoes, homemade jam, fruit, juices, coffee, milk, different types of bread, butter plus a cupboard full of condiments and sauces - so we did not starve. Over the next couple of days the village gradually opened up, to the extent we found it hard to leave this area (also serviced very well by taxis and the local bus). Anna’s home is a delight - it looks as if everything is brand new. There are sooo many windows and a lovely balcony, and views from every window. It’s very close to everything in Sant’Angelo. The home is very thoughtfully prepared - umbrellas, a sun awning, spare everything. Recommend!!!!
