Consigliato a chi ama l'atmosfera di antico e non cerca i confort di un loft domotico. Sulla terrazza possono esserci uccelli, insetti, gechi. Angolo cactus. Arredato con mobili antichi. Non c'è TV ed alexa.

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

Il Pollaio is the signature house of Casa Via Costa in Forio, the largest and most scenic space of the property. A bright open living area features a stunning glass wall overlooking the bay of Citara and a central fireplace for cozy evenings. Surrounded by gardens, it blends elegant Mediterranean décor with generous spaces. From May to October guests enjoy pastries, fruit, yogurt, coffee and daily housekeeping. In other months it is self-catered. Wi-Fi, air conditioning and parking included.

My place is near downtown Le Forna where you can find shops of any kind, bars, restaurants,a pharmacy dispensary, post office Only about 10 minutes from the three most beautiful coves (Piscine Naturali, Cala Dell 'Water, Caletta) and all within walking distance, not far from Cala Feola beach and rocky but actionable Cala Fonte. NB: at the moment Cala Fonte is closed due to the collapse of a rock wall! However, visible from the sea to a 50-meter district from the coast to admire it!!
