El apartamento de Ramón es literalmente como lo describe. Es un oasis que no esperas encontrar en medio de una ciudad como Madrid. Él en todo momento ha estado pendiente de nuestras necesidades y ha sido muy atento y simpático con nosotros! Sin duda nos encantaría volver!

Amamos hospedarnos en la casa de Victor! Todo el espacio estaba perfectamente adecuado para recibirnos a mi familia y a mi... Te sentirás muy cómodo si decides quedarte aquí, Laura y Victor fueron muy atentos al responder nuestras dudas y estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos cuando se los pedimos.

Cristina is such a lovely person & host. Always responsive & helpful if I needed anything. Also have great recommendations on local restaurants. I would definitely return & recommend 🥰thank you Cristina que Dios te bendiga fue un placer conocerte.

Estuve en casa de Carlos con unos amigos y solo puedo decir que un 15 de 10. Carlos en todo momento estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros y nuestras necesidades. La casa estaba impecable y con todas las comodidades que alguien pudiera necesitar, además, Carlos nos dejó algunos amenities de bienvenida los cuales son de agradecer. Nada más llegar, también nos explicó cómo movernos por el barrio y nos dejó un mapa con restaurante y lugares de interés. Sin lugar a dudas, de las mejores casas en la que me he hospedado y que, esperamos poder repetir en el futuro :-)

We had a wonderful stay at Adelaida’s casa, was very nice & very spacious. Everything worked great especially after we discovered the range top was an induction appliance, since I knew about these I had to explain how it worked to my brother-in-law, since he was unaware & was doing the cooking. The neighborhood is impressive & very secure, so we felt very comfortable taking some long walks around the various loops in the gated community. If we are ever in Madrid we will try to rent here again & advise others to do so as well!

We really enjoyed our stay at Carmen's place. It was conveniently located near a variety of shops and restaurants, plus easily walkable to access public transportation. The space was clean and inviting, and Carmen was very responsive to any questions that we had.

Our stay at Frederic’s place was awesome. Everything is just the same as on the pics. It is a perfect match for co-living even though there were 9 of adults. There are a lot of common spaces to spend time together. As well as bbq and swimming pool. Frederic was very helpful and supported us on every question and request, even brought us extra blankets when we asked. Highly recommend to stay at Fredric’s place and very grateful for the hospitality.

In summary, really excellent. Great location - the apartment is in a quiet street overlooking a pretty square but it’s close enough to everything we wanted to see. We walked to all the major sites/museums/bars/markets in Madrid. The apartment was both spotless and also homely (because it is a home not just a holiday rental). It is really spacious and had lots of little touches that made us smile. Everything worked and was easy to use. We loved it. Eyal was very helpful and even had a blog with recommendations of places to eat, shop etc. Would recommend wholeheartedly and intend to return.

Many thanks, Maria Jose, for a wonderful stay! Your apartment was perfect for us (2 parents, 2 grown up kids), perfectly appointed for all that we needed. We loved the outside terrace. It was very convenient to have a grocery store and pharmacy close by. The Chamartin train station was also close by (20 min walk) with plenty of places to eat along the way. I highly recommend staying with Maria Jose, with much gratitude for her hospitality, generosity, and thoughtfulness!

Everything was absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, the energy at check-in was warm and welcoming — the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. I especially loved the outdoor terrace — it’s such a relaxing and beautiful space to unwind. The entire experience felt seamless and thoughtfully put together. Highly recommended for a peaceful stay. It’s the perfect spot for a maximum of two people. Just perfect!

Location ideal. Walk to just about all areas in Madrid in a short time. Two subway stations nearby, if desired. The apartment has everything Gigi described. The terrace is very large, well-furnished, and faces west. Therefore, the sun shines on it from mid-late morning to the early evening. There is a large awning that unfold automatically for shade, if needed. In addition, if you look down, it is a very restaurant, store and pedestrian area, but the terrace is so high up that you can enjoy your time outside eating or reading with virtually no noise from below. Many people enjoy going to restaurants with rooftop dining and drinking. This terrance is comparable to those rooftop restaurants! Our host, Gigi, was simply amazing. She actually owns the apartment and cares for it as if she lives in it. She was incredibly responsive to all inquiries before and during our rental. On a scale of 10, I would score her 100--just superlative. Great hot water for showers, too

If you are looking for comfort, privacy, and accessibility, this is the place! Look out the windows onto a lovey seniors home across the street which provided us with privacy too. The apartment furnishings were so comfortable and we had everything we needed to cook and live for our month. Public transportation was just a block or two away. But the gem was the patio! We ate our meals and had our coffee out there. So quiet and peaceful surrounded by plants.

Perfecto para pasar unos días o largas temporadas en madrid, todo muy limpio, Gema estuvo pendiente en todo momento, tuvimos un pequeño problema con el tv, pero se soluciono rapidísimo, en unos minutos vino una chica muy amable que nos ayudo. Por poner una pega, aconsejo poner un secador un poco mejor, habia dos pequeños de viaje, uno no funcionaba, y el otro tenia la parte trasera rota, asi que corrias el riesgo de que se te enredara el pelo, y tampoco funcionaba muy bien, he de decir que no se lo comunique a la anfitriona. Zona muy tranquila, a pocos pasos de centro comercial plenilunio, con estacionamiento muy amplio y fácil de aparcar. Me ha gustado todo en general, seguro repetiremos.

This was our second time staying at Maria’s place; the first was made by my wife. And there’ll be more stays in the future. Maria is just the nicest host & we always feel immediately at home in her lovely apartment. So did our cat, who loved sleeping outside in the balcony garden We had more time to explore the area this time. Found Dot Cafe Bar a minute away whereas a 4 minute walk takes you to Nuo Sushi & Ramen 4 minutes . A 15 minute walk will get you to K Store on Embajadores, a modern Asian supermarket with a huge selection, in case you are hankering after ramen. Highly recommended place and neighborhood.

Desde el principio, el anfitrión ha sido claro con las instrucciones, he podido llegar muy bien y entrar en el alojamiento perfectamente. El piso es tal cual se muestra en las fotos, muy bonito y equipado con lo necesario. La zona está muy bien también: muchas cafeterías, restaurantes, varias estaciones de metro, el centro súper cerca... Lo único que podría decir es que no había champú ni cápsulas para la cafetera, pero todo lo demás está genial.

Fantastic apartment with a beautiful pool! It's in a gorgeous spot close to lovely restaurants but in easy reach of Madrid! The apartment is even better than the photos and we were so warmly greeted it made us feel very cared for! We loved our trip and can highly recommend!

Muy buen alojamiento situado a 15 min andando del Wizink Center, así que es genial si vas a un evento. Entramos 4 personas perfectamente porque el sofá cama es enorme. El piso es también muy bonito y sin duda lo recomendaría! Muchas gracias a Paola y Ceci por todo.

Spent a long weekend at Elena's place and it was very nice. The location is good, metro just outside the door, very close to city center. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need, and a super comfy bed. There were amenities like coffee, olive oil, salt and so on, also shampoo and shower gel. Elena is very friendly and prompt to answer any questions. Ra was amazing at check in. Thank you both!

The apartment is even better than the pictures! It is very spacious and had plenty of space for our group of 8 (two families). We enjoyed evenings on the spacious patio listening to the sounds of the city. The location cannot be beat - right in the middle of everything, an amazing base from which to explore the city. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Awesome host and unit. Sufa was always quick to answer my queries and very accommodating with checking in. Was super sweet to see the fridge stocked up with bread, eggs, and water when I arrived..as well as oil and basic cooking supplies. The location was great, not a long walk to the metro station, the walks helped me make room for all the great food Madrid has to offer. I had a great experience visiting Madrid and Sufa’s hospitality was a part of that!
