This authentic wine cellar located in the heart of the northern Médoc, 17 km from the beaches, offers an atypical living space of 800 m2 containing our home and a 215 m2 cottage. You will have three air-conditioned bedrooms each with a shower room and separate toilet, a huge living room with equipped kitchen. Finally, separating you from our home, you will find a game room with an American pool table and… A skate bowl! Bikes and surfboards can also be provided.

The private wooden HOUSE welcomes you on a small hill in Lacanau-Ocean. In a few steps, you can reach the beach (400 m), the supermarket (300 m) and various restaurants, bars, etc. - while the car takes vacation on the private parking. The "5 star furnished" house offers about 120 m² of space for 8 persons. The wooden terrace with its large BBQ invites you to grill, and the Hot Pot and sauna offer relaxing evenings under the starry sky.
