This newly renovated apartment is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Free parking. Only a few steps from Bystranda, Aquarama water park, shops, cafes and the city center. Construction work in the area. The Palmesus festival will be held on Bystranda from June 25–27, 2026, and will involve assembly and dismantling before and after the event.

All appliances, washing machine, dryer, broadband, TV. All duvets and pillows are in the house, and bed linen can be rented for NOK 250 per bed and wash afterwards. Here is everything you need: bed linen, towels, cups and pots, right near a lot, 30 min to Kr.sand and the zoo, hiking terrain and bathing opportunities. Central area, short distance to shops. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has an undisturbed small south-facing terrace. If you want an adrenaline rush, it is about 40 min drive to rafting and climbing park on Evje, 25 minutes to bungee jumping in the gorge at Øvrebø, 25 min to the southern idyll at Fiskebrygga in Kr. Sand.
