Kanalbyen is located by the sea on Odderøya, centrally located in Kristiansand, close to Kilden and Fiskebrygga. 5 min away from city center. In the area around Odderøya, there are fantastic rocks that are suitable for sunbathing, swimming and fishing. In the bay of Bendik you have lawns and sandy beaches. The whole island is a jogging paradise. Canal city pearls: Byfjorden, the beautiful forest terrain of Odderøya and the canal in the middle.

The apartment is suitable for families who want a holiday weekend, a week or just need accommodation for a night. 25 min to Dyreparken, 15 min to Åros camping with a pool and great Beach. The hill also has an amazing beach for both big and small that is right by Åros. 20 min to the climbing park High and Lavt. Welcome to our simple basement apartment, beautifully located next to the river Dåselva. The apartment has a separate entrance to our house, has all the basic facilities and is only a 5 min from Evje! Perfect if you are traveling alone, as a couple or small family. We have a big garden that you are free to use and it goes all the way down to the river, which provides nice bathing opportunities. 10 min to walk to the nearest grocery store and many nice walking areas right next to the apartment!

Modern, small and effective apartment (24 m2) in a 60's-building. Combined living- and sleepingroom. Fresh linnen, towels and cleaning after your stay is included. Small balcony with chairs and table facing a fenced, private garden. Best suited for up to two, can sleep up to four. Centrally located to the beach (350 meters), Dyreparken (zoo and waterpark), Kunstsilo and more. Half a block to grocery store. Lots of take out places. Keys can be picked up at local kiosk 750 m. away.
