Family-friendly 80s single-family home in good condition in central Vennesla. There is a short way to the playground, shops, train station and bus. The accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood, half an hour from Sørlandsparken and Kristiansand Dyrepark by car. Bus to Kristiansand goes from Vennesla station (about 5min walking distance) 2 times an hour during the day and takes about 20 minutes. It is 10 minutes by car to Setesdalsbanen and great hiking opportunities nearby. Walking distance to the salmon leading part of the river Otra.

Welcome to our 280 sqm home over 2 floors Ground floor has a hallway, bathroom with toilet and shower, living room and kitchen. The terrace under roof is perfect for barbecue and meals. The second floor has 4 bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and a loft living room with an adjacent terrace and a seating area. Attractions such as Dyreparken, Sørlandsenteret, city beach and fishing jetty in Kristiansand are only 30 min away. We have tenants in a separate part of the home. he has a separate entrance so will not be a nuisance.

Large family friendly house. 25 min from the zoo

You are most welcome! If you want a southern holiday this year, our house is perfectly located! We want to rent out to other families with children, who can also enjoy the zoo, the fishing pier, the southern center and experience southern idyll, this is 20-25 min away by car. Child-friendly space on the "flat" so it is nice to walk the streets, with a 10 min walk to Vennesla city center. Shops, restaurant, bakery ++. In the garden you will find a sandbox, trampoline, cozy fireplace, slide, swing, playhouse and barbecue.

Baby cot available if desired. The house includes * 2 bathrooms where one with showers and one with a bathtub. * Living room with TV. * Dining table with room for 8 people. * Three bedrooms. * Gym in the basement. * Garden with swimming opportunity, barbecue, sandbox, box with various toys and several sitting groups.

Large detached house at Dyreparken/Kr.sand /Otralakseelv

Lovely, rich house with soul:) Lawn, terrace with plenty of room. Playground 50 m from the house. Train and bus nearby. Room for 3 cars in the yard. All appliances, washer, dryer, dryer, broadband, TV. All of the duvets and pillows are in the house, and bed linen can be rented for 250, -kr per made bed and wash afterwards. Good experiences with rentals over many years. This is our home and we expect us to find it in the same condition after hosting. Welcome to sun and summer and Southern Norway;) Feel at home!

Large parking space by the house. 25 min to Kristiansand center with Aquarama, bystranda, kunstsiloen, Kilden, harbor where the Color Line goes from and the fishing pier. Nice and large single-family home for rent

Vennesla has a diverse offer for big and small. After a 3 min drive you are in the center of Vennesla which has shopping opportunities, cozy cafes and eateries. There are several fitness centers, library, swimming pool, swimming areas, playgrounds and great hiking trails such as. The logs are very close. Setesdalsbanen can also be found within 10 minutes. Kristiansand city center, Dyreparken, Hamresanden (great beach by the sea), Sørlandssenteret and Høyt and Lavt Klatrepark are between 20 and 30 min away.

We were a large family of 7 adults and 4 children, as well as 4 small dogs. The house is large and spacious and with 2 bathrooms with shower, there was never a line even though we were so many. Lovely hiking areas right by the house. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood The host responded quickly to any questions we had. Was friendly, solution oriented and flexible. We have enjoyed our stay and can recommend this place.

My parents stayed with their fishing group for a night at Jan's place and they enjoyed it. The area is quietly located, the house is beautifully large. Communication with Jan was good. He was quick to respond to questions and was also available by phone.
